Hi papa. Start by checking body pH. I'm suspecting that it's acid. If so lots of lemons or baking soda or both.

I read recently that boiling water poured over watermelon seed may help.
It makes a tea to drink.
Can also do it with celery seeds I think.
The seeds need to be crushed first.
