Take a size 0 capsule, hold the big part in your left hand (assuming you're right handed) pick up some MMS2 in your right hand, drop into capsule, put the top part of the capsule on.

Start with a few grains of MMS 2 and increase over time - always staying within tolerance (i.e., if you find that you don't feel good, use less MMS2)
