Sesame like seeds in the stool

Would anybody know what sesame like seeds in a stool could be, if they are not a result of eating sesame seeds?

They could be undigested sesame seeds or parasites. If you've been eating sesame seeds (whole) - I'd bet that first, since we don't normally chew our food enough. If you haven't, then I'd guess parasites.

Your digestion might a little 'off' .... when I had my bowel disorder, I used to see whole vitamins undigested in there.... might consider chewing your food better (taking at least 30 min to eat a meal, with NO water or liquid with your meals)....

... just a suggestion.

That is what I experienced too! It looked like little sesame seeds mixed all throughout... never thought about it too much other than perhaps crusty fecal matter leaving the colon walls....

My guess would be, unless you remember ingesting whole,uncooked seeds that size, parasites, it's actually fairly common. There is a long list of natural foods who remove intestinal parasites, it's not too difficult. So: don't panic. just put yourself on a regular regiment ,try to run it a few days before,during ,and after the full moon, that's when the beasties are especially activ.
