Macaddict08 Offline Platinum Member Posts: 543 Thank you received: 471	Your digestion might a little 'off' .... when I had my bowel disorder, I used to see whole vitamins undigested in there.... might consider chewing your food better (taking at least 30 min to eat a meal, with NO water or liquid with your meals).... ... just a suggestion. My guess would be, unless you remember ingesting whole,uncooked seeds that size, parasites, it's actually fairly common. There is a long list of natural foods who remove intestinal parasites, it's not too difficult. So: don't panic. just put yourself on a regular regiment ,try to run it a few days before,during ,and after the full moon, that's when the beasties are especially activ.
