None - but some hide in cysts and are difficult for the ClO2 to access. Lyme disease is one.

Actually, JH has stated that there is a fungus that does not seem to be affected - he says it's not common - and what they found worked for it best was the montmorillonite clay (I've probably butchered the spelling) - Aztec clay. Also, he says that for some reason black widow spider bites don't seem to react the same way - for those he recommends Desinex - or a zinc oxide cream (Desinex is a baby diaper rash cream, and about 40% zinc oxide._

Hi Pam - on another subject do you have any information on Thyroid problems and whether MMS would help with it.
