If it is really bright yellow then it is still probably good potency. I think it will go 3-4 months in the fridge at least and even then it may just be less potent but you can take more to get the effect.
I have not been scientific about this yet, but it sure seems to last pretty well.

CDS is a gas in water. It will keep indefinitely as long as it it tightly capped and not exposed to UV (sunlight). Refrigerated is better because it reduces the internal pressure. Frozen is better yet but not in glass as the glass will break.
