Newman has excruciating pain and feels very cold. The pain seems to he generating from higher up in his rectum.

Greetings.

Who is Newman and what exactly is the history of the condition, how have you handled it so far, need a bit more info to be able to help...

Cannot exactly start asking and presuming about say bowel movements and a good laxative without knowing a bit more on what we are dealing with here.
