Hi all, hope everybody is keeping well.

Just read an article that vitamins and supplements containing magnesium stearate are no good for you! So obviously the next question would be if anybody knows where one could purchase the natural stuff?!

There are no natural magnesiums,except that which is found in food. Anything that you could 'take' would be synthetic/chemical..... unless I am misunderstanding the question.
