I recently began putting MMS in my dogs water and purchased the chlorine dioxide indicator strips (Lamotte low range) to make sure I was bringing their water to the 2ppm... No matter how much I put in, it didn't even register. Thinking it was the strips, I purchased another batch and tested again. Still no matter how many drops I added to the water I didn't get above the .5 mark.
I than purchased, from another place, some more MMS/citric acid and tried again. Same results. I can certainly smell the strong chlorine smell, so I assume this means its activated properly but I cannot get the water (tried distilled and spring water) to the proper ppm. What am I doing wrong?

I mix 24 drops MMS + 24 drops of citric acid together... wait 1 minute, then add 32 oz.of distilled water + 1/8 tsp of baking soda. I take a syringe and suck up 20cc's of it and slowly feed it to my little terrier 2 x's a day. She laps it all up.

Macaddict08 You made a mistake, the time is 20 seconds

MMS BASIC DETOX PROTOCOL
(Dr. Ron's pH adjusted MMS1)

Use a one quart or one liter container with lid & markings on the side as needed (keep refrigerated and out of sunlight). You can also use 4 oz or 120 ml measuring cup to pour into at each use.

Add:
• 24 drops MMS (28%)
• 24 drops citric acid (50%) or 120 drops lemon juice or 10 % citric acid
• mix by swirling (activate) exactly 20 seconds or (3 minutes with lemon or 10 % citric)
• add one quart or one liter distilled water(pH 5 to 6) mix (do not add alkaline water)
• add 1/8 US teaspoon (0.6ml) baking soda (Bicarbonate of soda (use aluminum free)) to mix then stir well (use aluminum free).
