Questions from a first time user!

I have had MRSA for about 6 months. I recently took another antibiotic but not convinced it will have done the job since its the 3rd time (this time prescribed by an ID doc.). I also take tinctures from my naturopathic doc. I have also ordered some pHenomenal water to start taking. When I start protocol 1000 ( I plan on starting small doses @ a time) when do I take my vitamins and eat, since you have to drink every hr?
Also would you suggest the topical spray (10 to 10 in 1 oz. water) on the spot where I've had boils even though I don't have any active?
Also just a little worried about side effects since I have kids and a husband to care for and a job to do.

My friend Deborah answers the phones at the mrsa30day site and she says pHenomenal and MMS work well together, however you must go slow. She advises people to take pHenomenal for 1 month before taking any MMS.

She has had many cases where people started on both MMS and pHenomenal at the same time and they had some bad healing flareups with nausea, vomiting, diarrhea symptoms. Die off was too fast for their bodies to handle. If you do the pHenomenal for a month first and then add in the MMS, you should do very well. She says when you use them together it is a powerful combination.

Thank you for that! I won't get the pHenomenal for a few days. So can I try some topical MMS on my problem area once or twice.
Still wondering when to eat & take the pHenomenal water once I start the MMS.
