file confused need help

I am new to site and am getting ready to make my first purchase for the use with RA-rheumatoid arthritis. I have been doing a lot of reading posts and checking our the sites available for the purchase of MMS. Some come with an activator some do not. I am not a chemist, I am a bit overwhelmed at the mixing this and that and ratios........the site I found has the MMS at 28% in the 4 oz drip bottle can I just get that, but whats confusing they sell it as well with an activator.......help!!!! Thanks so much
