I have been suffering from CFS, migrating joint pains, pericardial effusion and numerous other symptoms that come and go. I have seen many specialists and have ruled out endocrine, neurological disorders (such as MS), and rheumatoid diseases. I strongly suspect that I have either undiagnosed lymes or parasites. (I have traveled to some very remote places in Asia and Africa.)
I decided to try Protocol 2000 and started last Monday with 2 drops every hour for 8 hours. I had no reaction so I upped it to 3 drops on Tuesday. Wednesday and Thursday I experienced no reaction except for a worsening of my fatigue. Friday morning I decided to switch to the 6 and 6 protocol. This morning after I took my first dose on an empty stomach (I have always taken it right after eating.) I started to experienced some mild diarrhea. I dropped the second dose down to 5 drops. Within an hour I started to experience stomach pains and severe diarrhea lasting at least 8 hours. (it is now finally subsiding. I am not sure as to how I should proceed. Should I back off for a day and go back to Protocol 2000 or resume the 6 and 6 protocol. I suspect taking it on a empty stomach first thing in the morning, increased the intensity of the reaction. (I have always taken it with food in the past.)

If you do the 6 and 6, you only do 2 doses at 6, and then the rest of them you drop back to the 3 if you're doing 1000.

2000 is for life threatening diseases - it seems like a bit of overkill to me - but if you're going to do it, I'd do it as explained - always start slow (low) and add MMS1 activated to the level you can tolerate, do it on an hourly basis for 10-12 hours a day. After you get to 3 drops an hour, then add in the MMS2, starting, again, slow - just a portion of a capsule, not the full thing. Do the MMS2 every 2 hours for 4 or 5 doses a day. Ultimately you will be doing a full capsule, 4 or 5 x a day.

Herx reactions just sap your strength, which you need for healing, which is why we try to avoid them.

Thanks Pam. Your'e right, 2000, would be a bit overkill. I meant to say 1000. Sorry for the confusion.

You're welcome. BTW, fatigue is a form of herx reaction in itself. It's one of the big 3 - fatigue, diarrhea, vomiting (and variations of those) -

Take care of yourself- you've been sick for a while and have a lot to work though, so be easy on yourself. It will happen.

After you've been on 3 drops an hour for 8 hours a day for a bit, you can add in one of the other protocols for extra MMS, like the footbath or the bathing one - and if you decide to do the dental one, remember NOT to swallow what's left over <G>. My brother did that (waste not, want not) and ummmmm - lived to regret it

The diarrhea that I was experiencing on Saturday for 12 hours, stopped Saturday night. Sunday I felt ok except for feeling weak and drained. I didn't take MMS on Sunday. This morning I had another bout of diarrhea. I haven't taken any MMS yet today. Is this unusual?

as far as your CFS and other symptoms you may want to change your diet if you have not already done so. it sounds as if you have chronic inflammation. check out the paleo diet

Did you hydrate, Lori, when you were having your diarrhea? That might have been the cause of the weakness.

I will say that when I did my first round of CDS, my IBS straightened itself out - but then I got sick with something that was going around - (I think I'm pretty loaded with pathogens, so this did not surprise me <G>) - and it went kerplooie again - and I've just started a round of sulphur/molasses for candida - which has ALSO caused an upset in my IBS - because that's how the candida is being expelled.

I guess what I"m trying to say is that it might be totally usual for YOU, in terms of where you are on your journey to health. I don't know what your pathogen load is - I will say that it's important to stay hydrated even if it means grabbing some pedialyte at the drug store or grocery store. (I think there are recipes online) OR, you might have picked up some sort of "bug" that is going around.

Thanks Pam. I did drink tons of water and pure coconut water, which is loaded with electrolytes. My stomach is settling done now. I drank a litter of water as soon as I woke up this morning. Maybe my body is just flushing out the remains from Saturday. I am resuming the 1000 today, but am taking it slow with 1 drop per hour and will increase to 2 tomorrow.

I'm glad to hear you stayed hydrated - some people don't think about it, and I was concerned.

Hard to say exactly what is causing it. You know that if you do the 8 hour dose in a 32 oz container, you can even do partial doses? Say, you want to do a half drop dose. You'd make it up, instead of 8 drops (1 drop for 8 hours), you'd make it up with 4 drops (1/2 drop for 8 hours) - so you can take it as slow as you need to go.

Mark has made an excellent video on this, and JH has it on his www.jimhumble.biz webpage on the right hand side where it says Protocol 1000
