Hi everyone,

Just started using MMS protocol 1000. I started with 1 drop in day 1 for 9 hours then 2 drops in day 2. I increased that to 3 drops in day 3 then got Diarrhea. I continued with 2 drops then I stopped because I wasn't feeling well and couldn't take anymore mms that day. The 4th day I felt good and resumed with 1 drop but then at hour 4 I got Diarrhea. It's strange because I'm using 1 drop only. Is this supposed to be normal?

I'm also using MMS in bath tub for 4 days now (30 drops)

Hope someone can help me,

Thank you

Hey Susan - welcome to the forum

Thanks for your post here sharing your experiences. You do not indicate why you chose to use MMS - which I find interesting for my own records - grin.

I also smile when I encounter the enthusiasm of "newbies" remembering my own ecxitement and keenness when I got going with my own detox process.

Firstly, your body weight will determine what your "start-up" limit is for the herxheimer response to affect you through your dosage. Taking 3 drops 9 times a day on your third day is a 27 drop experience, which if your toxicity is established, will give good opportunity for "poison" release and that is probably what gave you diarrhea (as it did me.)

It is not a bad thing at all - it's only the uncomfortable experience when unexpected reactions make you feel poorly.

The normal response would be to back off on the dosage and maybe do the one drop regime for a few days and if you feel stable pick up to two drops for a few more days. So generally take it easy, as detoxing the body is a slow process to remove stuff from a cellular level.

Also - the bath exposure is adding to the above dosage by some degree, which is not bad in itself, just taxing the elimination system somewhat maybe.

If you have a severe illness - it may be a different matter as to what dosage you may want to pitch at your body....

Let us know how it is going.

Hi Sky, Thank you for your extensive reply., really helpful. I have actually heard about MMS watching a youtube video about macrobiotics. The doctor held mms in her hands and was urging people to read about it and try it. I got very interested after reading more about it and decided to give it a try.

I have been having health issues for 2 years now. Dull pain in my upper right abdomen that comes and goes. Last time I had the pain, it lasted for 3 months. It was so bad that I had to lay down most of the time. I went to different doctors and did may scans and nothing came out. They asked me to do a colonoscopy and/or endoscopy because there was no other way for them to see what the pain is coming from. I wasn't ready for such invasive methods and decided to try and change my diet. I used herbal tea (nettle, rosemary, and oregano) I also tried to add 1 spoon of turmeric pounder as a daily intake. This did help me for a while but the pain still comes back from time to time and it's in the same exact place. In addition to that, I tend to easily develop cysts. I have some in my breasts and my liver. Doctors said that I need to monitor the ones in my breasts by doing a mammography every year. I also suffer from fatigue, iron deficiency and Tinea versicolor.

So basically MMS seemed like the answer for me. I thought I'd give it a try and probably it can help me with some of my health issues.

You mentioned something about weight, where can I read more about that? I'm 45-46kg.

Thanks again

Hi Susan; and, welcome to the forum. :)

I'm not an expert, by any means; but, if I'm reading what you wrote correctly, the pain might be in the vicinity of your liver. (My suggestion would be to do a search for a diagram of the location of the liver and compare it to the location of your pain.) That said, the liver and kidneys are at the top of the list for removing toxins from the body. If they're over-taxed, for whatever reason, it means that you have to go slower. As long as you aren't fighting something that's aggressive and life-threatening, just go slower and let these organs catch up. Not much telling what all they're having to deal with; since, MMS will go after all sorts of pathogens, toxins, heavy metals, etc. that have built up over the years. Many of these have, over the years, weakened the very organs needed to eliminate them.

Also, some people have some problems with the citric acid; but, have gotten around that problem by making CDS, instead:

Hi Susan - your reply is useful, as being interested assistants with health support and not medically trained, we all try our best to not be expert diagnostic's but rather use our experience in general health assistance. I am a believer that our health is offset to dis-ease by two paradigms. Firstly, excess microbes in the body from the various sources like our modern foods etc. Secondly - the acidic environment created from modern lifestyles and diets.

Cysts to me represent the body's need to expel waste! In psychosomatics they represent "Running the old painful movie. Nursing hurts. A false growth." Countered by the Mantra - "The movies of my mind are beautiful because I choose to make them so. I love me!"

So you are not too far off finding your way to MMS and using it to "remove" stuff from your body that is foreign. Keep it up.

The weight thing is a mere guide to the dosage at entry to using MMS. 1 drop for every 12-15 kgs of body weight.

Yes the pain is on the lower part of my liver but I was more thinking that it might be my colon as I have had chronic constipation but can't confirm that. The x-rays results of my liver, gallbladder and kidneys showed no abnormalities except some cysts in the liver. I do feel that I'm getting more and more tired and felt the need to do something about it. I guess I was over enthusiastic and increased MMS dose quickly. I'll take it slow this time and start over with one drop. I heard about CDs, will check that out. Thanks a lot for your input. Really helpful.

You are right, modern lifestyle has changed who we are and our bodies send us signals to tell us something is going wrong and that action needs to be taken. That's at least how I felt. My body was crying out for help manifesting as cysts, pain, skin disorders and so on.

So my max is 3 drops for my body weight. Good to know, much appreciated! Thanks again Sky

Susa, the 3 drops per hour (taken in water or a juice that has no added vitamin C, or sodium ascorbate, or ascorbic acid for preserving) is for protocol 1000 - if you were to have a life threatening disease, you would go higher- but for what you have mentioned the 3 drops will be sufficient.

You may find that CDS is easier for you - I don't know - I do, but I seem to have a problem with citric acid - we're all so different!

I also have had right upper quadrant issues for LOTS of years - over 15. Like you, I've been tested and they found nothing. I figured, finally, that it was when I had gas! I must have some sort of kink in my intestine at that point - OR possibly some sort of "bug" hanging out in my liver.

Good luck with your venture - I do think this stuff is miraculous.
