fruit juice - no nectar was created by stumble

I have been watching the seminar videos and 3 minutes and 50 seconds into Disk 3 it says nectar is not an acceptable juice for taking MMS or CDS, I assume. Even though it has NO vitamin C it does have ADDED ascorbic acid and apparently the word added is the thing to avoid when looking for a juice mixer. He suggested pineapple juice or milk. Since I have no pineapple juice, I'm going for the milk.

Sandy, look on the ingredients. Does your nectar have "ascorbic acid" in it? If so, that's actually "added vitamin C" - darn, I hate having to read labels all the time. If it doesn't have it, you're home free. Ascorbic acid (and sodium ascorbate) are used as preservatives.
