Mickey, when I lived in India, at one point we went to Delhi, and while there, I saw an ayurvedic physician. They do a LOT with body types and diagnosing with your pulse (s). This one informed me that I had a heart murmur (none of my western docs picked it up until I pointed it out, years later) - and that I was just about to come down with a case of "Delhi belly" - (yes, I had brushed my teeth with water from the sink) -

Would be grand to find a good Ayurvedic physician here in the area.

Cayenne pepper is apparently very good at normalising blood pressure, and there are reports that say half a teaspoon of it in a cup of warm water consumed like a tea can stop a heart attack in its tracks. Easier said than done, it's not easy to drink like that. Use it in juice drinks or sprinkle it over potatoes & vegetables to get it into the system because it dilates the blood vessels & clears blockages.

One to three grapefruit every morning will clear the blood vessels, especially if you include a bit of the pith. Red grapefruit are probably best.

Also drinks lots of filtered water every day.

Pam - where was that ayurvedic physician when I went to India last year? I was struck down by Dehli belly and it's about the only thing I've experienced that MMS didn't fix quickly, maybe because I didn't have the time or energy to take it between visits to the bathroom.
