JH says to start out with 1/4 capsule (and if that causes some discomfort, drop back to half that, or even just a few grains) - and he originally said to go up to a full capsule. I've seen a post lately where he told someone no more than 3/4 of a capsule, and someone reported, no more than 1/2 a capsule. I don't know for sure what he is using to make those changes - they may be specific to the person or specific to the issue.

Hi there

I also read on Jim's article that the amount of MMS2 is related to the person's weight. There's a little chart there. Both I and my girlfriend are on Protocol 4000, and due to our weight differences, she's taking about 650mg per capsule and I'm taking about 900mg, which is about a full capsule.

But hey, Small, watch for the taste! I posted a new topic a few days ago called "tips for swallowing MMS2" or something like that...I encourage you to take a look at that to avoid nausea.
Peace, love and health to all of us!
