Has anyone ordered from Oceans Lab lately?

A friend just place a large order, never received it and there is no answer on their phone lines. I was wondering if the same thing happened with them that did with Project Green Life.

Any recommendations of a reliable place to order from these days?

I recently ordered from Oceans Lab and they were terrible to deal with. Not only did I not receive my small order of only 2 and 2 for nearly a month, I had to work through PayPal to as they tried to charge me twice for the order. when I finally received it, the box was severly damaged from a fluid. I did not open it and returned it at once. I am still waiting for a returned phone call, it's now another 3 weeks and no refund nor a phone call.

I ordered from MMS GreenLife . com and although the website is a little difficult to read, they got back to me within 24 hrs and when I placed my order, I received the package within 5 days. Easy and vry nice people to deal with.

I've said this before .... but Ocean Labs prices are TRIPLE of some of the sites that I order from.... that (to me) can be a first clue about the companies integrity. The more sky high the prices, the less integrity I found that they had.

Good to know that i'm not the only one having problems . I ordered from MMS STORE and someone called Steve or Stan come to this forun and said he was going to look into the matter.....well, seems he still looking and me I still waiting....

I ordered a couple of months ago and didn't hear anything but my credit card had gone through. When I emailed them they said they had a computer failure and sent the order out within the week. it is purified with ozone so will be looking elsewhere in the future.

Chinito, I sent you an email to the email address you have on record. Did you recieve it? If so, please answer me, via the email.
