Jim Humble's most recent book says to use 1 whole capsule of calcium hypochlorite, but his most recent post says 1/2 capsule. Which one is true and why the change if there is one please?

here's his recent post extracted from it regarding my question:

quote; Several days after starting protocol 2000 the person begins taking small doses of MMS2, that is, using calcium hypochlorite in capsules. The capsules are taken every two hours during the day for at least 10 hours. Of course, increase the doses by using more hypochlorite in the capsule, but never more than a size zero capsule that is ½ full. end quote taken from his Jan. 05, 2012 Newsletter

That has to be a typo. Protocol 2000 on his website still says to work up to a full size zero capsule and that is what it has always been.

When you take too much at once , you'll likely bring it back up! (personal experience) :>)
I was only able to get 00 caps, and had been filling them 1/2 full. On one occasion I fully filled one and didn't bother to dump any back. Half an hour after taking it , it came back out with about a minute's warning.
