I"m on day 3 and frankly this stuff is awful. I started out putting it in capsules but one got stuck and produced terrible pain while going down. I'm afraid to do that again. So today I just put the activated MMS in water and swallowed it but I'm not going to be able to continue that method. I gag just thinking about it.

I did put a drop of peppermint oil in the water and that helped with aftertaste but it was still awful going down.

I went to the store tonight to try to find some juice I could use but EVERYTHING has vitamin C in it. Some of it said it contained a negligible amounts of vitamin C. Would that work?

I would love to hear what you all are using to to drink this with.

Thanks -- I've learned so much from this forum.

Totally understandable,

MMS does taste awful. What you should try is CDS Solution, it is tastless (you can only smell it), and you have no nausea or sore stomach or anything. [strike]1 drop of CDS = 3 drops of mms1.[/strike] (Note: with the current "standard" strength of CDS, the dose equivalent of 3 drops MMS1 is 1 ml/gram of CDS - Admin)

then you can take your dose per hour for 8-12 times a day until better. also mms2 is great because it kills pathogens as well with no taste. However if it is very bad organism like a deadly disease - I would do CDS with MMS2.

LOL, I know how you feel, my mom cried when having to take mms, however it did work. Definetly do the CDS Solution and you'll be just fine.

Take Care,

John, MMS Green Life

I can relate to your pain.. I have a hard time getting the MMS down, so here's what I do;

Take TWO (2) glasses - a shot glass & a short 8 oz tumbler - put the 'activated MMS' into the shot glass and fill halfway with KEDEM Grape Juice
Fill the short 8 oz. Tumbler glass with KEDEM brand Grape Juice only - (This is the only Grape Juice that doesn't have added Ascorbic Acid and it can be found in the 'ethnic foods/Kosher foods' section of most Supermarkets, some WalMarts & Sam's Clubs).

NOW;

*Take a large 'sip' of the KEDEM Grape Juice into your mouth and hold it while you take the shot glass of activated MMS with grape juice and 'shoot' it with the grape juice you just sipped, now, quickly chase it with the 8 oz tumbler of grape juice..... HOLD your breath as you do this.....

*Important! Please, don't EVER drink the activated MMS straight (without adding some sort of juice to dilute it.... it may hit the back of your throat and burn it badly, so ALWAYS mix it with some form of juice to dilute adequately.

This method has sure made taking my MMS a LOT easier ;)

I make a really, really strong basil tea the evening before, and use the cool tea to mix with the mms. I drink my dosage, and quickly drink some water after, just to be sure. I take 6 drops pr hour, and even with this many drops, the basil is covering the taste very well... if you are only taking 3 drops or so, it would cover it completely I think.

I have been using several types of juices that are in the organic section of the store or going to the health store itself. Once is cherry juice concentrate, blueberry juice concenrate (at health food stores only), apple juice, grape juice, some of the Santa Cruz juices (in organic section of store).

But don't all those juices have vitamin c in them? I was under the impression that if the label says vitamin c in any amount, you could not use them.

I am taking CDS with size 000 Gel Capsules and you can do the same with MMS1.
Approximately 1.25 ml per capsule. The best price I found is from Capsuline, 1000 for 32.99.

When I had to give it to my kids I use the "TreeTop Apple Juice" that contains no vitamin c. It was the only one at wal-mart out of "hundreds" (it seemed) that contained no vitamin c.

I put the activated MMS into the apple jiuce and there was no smell and no taste the kids loved it.

The link below is to the juice at wal-mart so you can know what it looks like.

Juices to use with MMS can't contain ADDED vitamin C - you need to look at the Ingredients list. A small amount of natural vitamin C seems to be fine.

I'm partial to grape juice and soda water - the grape covers the taste more than apple, and the soda is distracting and refreshing so it all goes down easier.

best of luck,
Dish
