Can You Eat While Taking MMS?

I'm new to MMS. I have bought some and want to take it but I can't find any place that give a deefinant answer on taking MMS while eating.

So my question is... Can You Eat Food While taking MMS?
Or do you have to take MMS an hour before or after you eat?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

On the whole, probably best to wait a half-hour (say, first dose at 6a, breakfast 6:30a, 2nd dose 7a) - but you can do your 3 meals a day intermingled with your dosing.

Doing the MMS protocol 1000 and 2000, it's just too darn complicated to also try to figure out when to work in food. I've always just eaten when and if I want and am getting wonderful results! Since it does take up to 2 hours to digest a meal, there's just no way around it. Just how I've been doing it.

For me, eating hasn't had an effect either way. The only hassle has been that I've never been a label reader. Having to check labels to make sure that ascorbic acid hasn't been used as a preservative has been a hassle. (It's worth the hassle, though. )

EAT YES ITS A MUST, YOU NEED YOUR NUTRITION, MMS HAS NO NUTRITIONAL VALUE, SO YES PLEASE DO EAT, IT WILL NOT NEUTRALIZE THE MMS, SOME TIMES IT WILL EVEN HELP KEEP NAUSEA DOWN, TRY AND EAT BETWEEN ANY HALF AN HOUR BETWEEN THE HOURLY DOSES.......

Regarding how long to wait before or after eating to take MMS, its really hard to keep on time! I worked out a schedule, which I try to hold too, but I am not perfect. This might help though as some say you need only wait for half an hour, and some say you need to wait for two hours as that is the time MMS works in your system. So looking at both scenarios - here is a time chart! Hope this helps...

1st drops at 7.am and wait 1 hour
Breakfast at 8.00am - Eating takes about 20 minutes approximately, this brings me to 8.20am - Wait 1 hour
2nd set of drops at 9.20 - wait an hour
3rd set of drops at 10.20 - wait an hour
4th set of drops at 11.20 - wait an hour
5th set of drops at 12.20 - wait and hour
Lunch at 1.20pm - takes 20 minutes approximately to eat - wait an hour
6th set of drops 2.40pm - wait an hour
7th set of drops 3.40pm - wait an hour
8th set of drops 4.40pm - done for the day! - wait an hour
Dinner any time after 6.0pm

ALTERNATIVELY

1st drops at 7.am and wait 1 hour
Breakfast at 8.00am - Eating takes about 20 minutes approximately, this brings me to 8.20am - Wait 1 hour
2nd set of drops at 9.20 - wait an hour
3rd set of drops at 10.20 - wait an hour
4th set of drops at 11.20 - wait 2 HOURS*
Lunch at 1.20pm - takes 20 minutes approximately to eat - wait 2 HOURS*
5th set of drops at 3.40 - wait and hour
6th set of drops 4.40pm - wait an hour
7th set of drops 5.40pm - wait 2 HOURS*
Dinner any time after 7.40pm - wait 2 HOURS*
8th set of drops 9.40pm - done for the day!
