Why do some plastic bottles smoke and others not?

I'm down to my last bit of MMS and used it in a new bottle, actually its the plastic bottle my apple juice came in.

Loads of smoke came from the drops as i added clean, preboiled kettle water.

I really want to continue on the protocol 1000 today, but remembering back to Jim's comments about smoking bottles in the seminar, i have seconds thoughts about taking the mixture.

My question is, Will it really do me that much harm?

Thank you, Jamie Hynes

I am presuming the smoke is coming from the activation of Sodium Chlorite with the citric acid turning into Chlorine Dioxide, and not from the plastic bottle itself, usually Chlorine Dioxide is released in smoke form and I believe it should be quite OK to drink, in future please try and use a dry clean glass....

Not quite clear how you prepared the mixture from the start and in which containers, if in doubt be patient and get some new MMS...

Thanks......

I'm sorry, I took down the post without reading it - We've been hit with a massive amount of spam posts in the last few days and "Smoking Bottles" just seemed like one more of the nonsensical subject lines they have.

When I was doing my training in the Dominican Republic, we were all doing Protocol 1000 for a few days, and in the tropical heat, even in the shade the bottles would get a yellow haze above the mixed MMS solution. We had to be very careful to blow off the chlorine dioxide gas before drinking from the bottles or get blasted with breathing the gas. It stings.

You mentioned that you used boiled kettle water for the MMS doses, was it possibly still warm? If so, that will cause the chlorine dioxide to off-gas rapidly. Chlorine dioxide remains a gas even in solution and off-gasses easily.
