I've just realized that I rather than activate the MMS with the citric acid first, I was putting the drops in a glass of water, is any problem to do that? Or I've been doing all this time wrongly. Welcome to the forum Carlos!

To activate the MMS1 you put the drops of MMS1 into a glass then the drops of citric acid and wait the 20 seconds if you have the 50% acid, then you add water to the mix.

So, yes you have been doing it wrongly, but actually you may have been getting most of the benefit anyway. Most of the time (80%) your stomach acid will activate it. When you start doing it right, you'll have to see if you feel any different.

MMS (Master Mineral Solution) is Sodium Chlorite 28% (22.4% Sodium Chlorite, 5.6% Inert Salts and the remainder water) plus an acidic activator (usually 50% Citric Acid or 4% Hydrochloric Acid) when combined produces Chlorine Dioxide.
