Hey everyone.  I have taken chlorine dioxide here and there just to test it out.  So far for the last 6 months I have not been sick while people in my household have been.  Not sure if it is a coincidence, me just being healthy, or it actually working.

I'm basically healthy, but I am overweight with high cholester.  I read somewhere on this forum that it may help with weightloss, so I figured if nothing else, maybe it would work for that.  I have been reading a lot about Protocol 1000, but I didnt like how I had to mix the drops every hour, especially if I had to leave the house.  So I read more and came across what Andreas Kalcker did with infusing the water.  However, I couldn't find enough information on the size glasses and jars and the amount of water he used.  So on his website and from this forum I was told I can premix a days worth without much of ruining the mixture.  This confused me as Jim Humbles states that you need to drink within a minute of mixing.  I followed Andreas method anyway with the premix.  He shows Protocol B which is similar to Jim Humble's Protocol 1000.

Andreas Kalcker says to do:
6 drops 3 days in a bottle of 1 to 1,5 liters of water.
12 drops 4 days in a bottle of 1 to 1,5 liters of water.
18 drops 7 days in a bottle of 1 to 1,5 liters of water.
24 drops 7 days in a bottle of 1 to 1,5 liters of water.

I started at 12 drops per day for first 7 days because I thought it would be too weak starting at 6 drops.  So far so good.  I just started the second week today at 18 drops for the day.

I start at 5am every day.  I take my first dose then go back to sleep, then I set alarm for every hour and take the next dose.....so on and so forth until I am either out of bed or my last dose comes at 12pm.  Then I'll wait about at least 30min to eat after last dose.

Rather than guess or trust what I can and can not eat while taking it, I decided to not eat at all during the 8 hour period, to rule that out.  Thats my main reason why i do it so early in the morning while im still sleeping. 

So far I do not feel any different.  No concerns and no complaints.

The only thing I'm wondering is if it is ok the time I take it, how i get up and take a dose and go back to sleep.  Is that ok? Also if someone can confirm that prefixing it does not ruin its effects.

I also plan to start taking diatomaceous earth before bed at night every night while on this protocol.

I don't think there is a problem with the schedule you are using.

In Jim Humble's "MMS Health Recovery Guidebook" (I always strongly suggest people get this),
he does say you can "mix a day's bottle", it's just not as good as mixing fresh every hour.

My testing with ClO2 Test Strips showed that it does get weaker over 8 hours,
but not significantly or worrisomely so. Close enough, as most of this is done.

I currently use "pre-mixed", fully activated CDS (Chlorine Dioxide Solution), 24,000 ppm,
which is drop-for-drop compatible with potency of mixed MMS.
In some ways, this is nicer for people who have to work and such, because
I have a little squeeze bottle that I just add drops to the water and drink.

I don't remember people saying MMS helps with weight loss.
Or lowers High Cholesterol, but I would have to research that one.

I show the jars I used on my website, link below, on the Menu: 'Using MMS/CD/ClO2' page.
They are 32 oz / 1 liter dark brown-amber to protect from sunlight degradation of the MMS.

We generally start with lower dosages because "Low and Slow" helps prevent
an Herxheimer Reaction by detoxing too quickly.

The hourly dosage for a bottle is the number of drops divided by 8.
So Kalcker's method (with which I am unfamiliar) would be:
6/8 = 3/4 drop, 12/8 = 1.5 drops, 18/8 = 2.25 drops , 24/8 = 3 drops.

Humble's is more accelerated than that. By about day 4 or so you
are taking 3 drops for a few weeks. And then adding in DMSO if you need to,
and increasing to 4+ drops if you need to, and some other protocols for
"advanced disease".

If you want to lose weight, and eat better, to fix your High Cholesterol problem,
I have information on my website about that. I've lost 20 pounds, but am hovering
at that level because I'm not eating "really well", although I did get down to -24 lbs.
and gained it back. I'm not exercising, either, and you really need to exercise,
but I have back problems that makes that problematic. I got a 3-wheel bike
that I need to start using.
