Hello and thanks All for the forum.
I just wanted to help others avoid a stupid mistake that I made while doing the enemas... I used a bag and tube that were not made for enemas and I damaged my colon which has finally almost healed after a long scary year. I think the tube was too stiff and too narrow and I inserted it too far in. True story.
BE SAFE and use proper equipment with this or any enema!

Where should we buy the douche is there a BPA free one, or even one not made in China?
