Thank you for that suggestion; I will look for a small plastic container in which to place a small amount of the MMS2. That way I won't have to worry so much about moisture getting into the whole jar. Well, I'm about to take my first dose of the day, trying to relax about swallowing it, which is difficult for me to do. Yes, I believe it is psychological that I have difficulty swallowing it; I must be swallowing food that is even bigger in size than the capsule. Even knowing that does not make it easier; it actually seemed to get harder as the day went on, and most of the day I felt I had a capsule lodged in my throat. Some if not all, may have dissolved right in my throat. If I burped, I would get the taste of the MMS2; and, I could smell it at certain points during the day.

To prevent stuck in your throat, drink small amount water to lubricate it before taking pill.

As long you feel it was not down to your stomach, keep drinking some water, to prevent warm feeling.

A friend also suggested I take a little water before taking the capsule. That still didn't help, and neither did sipping water to get rid of the feeling the pill was in my throat. This morning I feel I have made my last attempt to get the capsule down with distilled water after drinking two glasses trying to get it down, with the MMS2 taste becoming strong. So I put what was left of the capsule in butter, as my friend reading Jim Humble's Ebook suggested. That worked. It is still difficult, but at least I can get it down so hopefully that will not diminish the effective of the MMS2 significantly.

Jackie, what size capsules are you using? You may find using smaller capsules such as size 3 are much easier to swallow. If you choose to do that, you may have to take more than one capsule per dose once your dosage increases from small starting doses.

I assume you are not starting out with full MMS2 doses. Maximum MMS2 doses are determined by the person's body weight.

Swallowing capsules is also difficult for me. I find swallowing on one side of my throat is more successful than in the center. And, often food will get stuck. Drinking more water can help.

CLO2, I am using #1 capsules. Thank you for the thought of using smaller capsules, but the thought of swallowing any capsules with just distilled water is not a thought I relish. It is good to know that swallowing on one side of the throat could work better, but, again, the thought of trying to swallow the capsules with just distilled water is something I would like to avoid at this point. If the unsalted butter is all right to use with the MMS2, I would like to continue using that because it has been enabling me to swallow the capsules. After I swallow the capsule with the butter, I drink 4 oz of distilled water. Tomorrow I plan to up the doses to a full #1 capsule, and, if I experience no problems, to continue with a full capsule.

Now I'm taking a full #1 capsule, but I was just noticing that the wound looks even worse to me. At first I thought the lower lid was looking flatter, but that might just be in contrast to the upper lid, which look more puffy to me now; and, the crusty scabby looking area on the side of the upper lid that was not as bad as the other side at first is getting bigger. Well, I'm suppose to take another capsule in about a half an hour. Since I am up a full capsule with no problem with nausea or diarrhea, I made up the remaining 2 for the day. It may be stupid to proceed with taking any more now.

Hi Jackie. Glad that you are tolerating MMS2 so well. Not everyone has that experience.

I would continue taking MMS2 five times daily and continue to watch your wounds.

They might look worse for a while before they get better. :(

Let us know your progress.

Thanks!

Thanks for your response, CLO2. This is very scary for me because I am afraid of losing the vision in my other eye even faster than it was looking like I might before I discovered MMS. Before I saw what Jim Humble wrote about a fungus that MMS actually made worse, I wasn't concerned that the wound was spreading after the swelling went down while using the CDS. My thought was that I would just move on to MMS1, thinking that might be more effective. If the wound were on an arm or leg, I wouldn't be so afraid about continuing. Since you know more about MMS than I do and Edwin3110 has seen the picture of my eye and has urged MM2 and I trust his guidance (just thought the guidance might change with this update), I guess I should proceed.

Good to hear that you are progressing well with MMS2.... just be patient, it is not a overnite solutions...

Keep going until you can reach the Protocol 4000 in full dose and carry on with some time to see how your conditions is heading, then only can decide next course of action.

Well, I'm glad to hear you think I am progressing well, which I was doubting because the crusty, scabby bulge on one side of the eye was getting larger and protruding. If that is all right, I am fine with that; I don't expect an overnight cure, was expecting it to take quite a while. Yesterday I started taking a full #1 capsule, but only took 3 doses, because of fear the wound was spreading. Even though I didn't take the last 2 doses yesterday, I assume it will be all right if I continue today on the full capsules I prepared yesterday. My plan was to fill all the capsules since I was up a full one, but I noticed the MMS2 is sticking to the sides of the capsule so I must be getting moisture in them so maybe I'm best to prepare them as I go. Thank you for your guidance and reassurance.
