I am having same problem.  I have a lot of hard plaque (a/k/a tartar or calculus) on my teeth.  I'm on day 5 (i.e., this is my first day on protocol 1000).  Since day 1 I've been brushing 2-3 times/day with MMS1 and DMSO.  I think I added the DMSO on day 3.  Not only have I not seen any reduction in plaque but I'm starting to notice black spots in between my teeth.

Baking soda will reduce CLO2 content. Yes, CDS is higher pH than CDH and MMS1. The water's pH is a big factor in solution pH. I suggest that you measure the pH of YOUR teeth brushing solution, so you know what you are dealing with. We know that low pH (acidic) tooth brushing solutions will soften tooth enamel and brushing can then remove enamel.

in protocol 102 it says that sodium chlorite is only to be used internally
so then is ok to add to the mouth wash solution?

One drop of MMS added to a teeth brushing solution should increase the pH, although I have not measured it. I think it is safe to add 1 drop. Don't keep the solution because the 1 drop of MMS won't last until the next day. If you do keep the solution and measure the pH, that would be interesting. Do some testing and let us know what you measure and observe. Thanks!

Replied by learningmms on topic Teeth feel sticky, rough and are getting stained!

MMS1 is acidic and that can cause tooth enamel to soften and easily be brushed off with a tooth brush.

I heard that baking soda will make things more alkaline. Will rinsing the mouth with baking soda (not swallowing it, but I'm sure a tiny bit might go down the throat if you swallow your saliva after you rinsed it with water only) neutralize the effectiveness of the MMS1 in anyway?
