So I just recently started on MMS2, and have gotten some pretty bad side effects from it. I know the protocol is to start with a quarter capsule, which I have been doing, but even that creates problems for me. Not gonna lie, they were quite worrying. I've experienced very unpleasant Herxheimer reactions from overdosing on MMS1 too quickly, but those symptoms didn't actually scare me. The weird thing is, after taking a very small amount of MMS2, it actually exacerbated some of my worst health problems. They flared up like crazy, and then some. One of those complications is that I have breathing problems. I don't think they're related to asthma, but then who knows. I've never actually talked to my doctor about it. For a long time I've felt strongly that my lungs don't deliver oxygen to my blood as well as they should. I know. I'm sure I sound like some crazy hypochondriac but I can say with complete confidence that every time I've gone to the doctor, I've always been diagnosed with exactly what I predicted. Anyway, if I so much as skip a half breath, I feel as though I have to catch up as though I had held it. It's quite a problem when my sinuses are congested. I must admit that sometimes, sometimes it's anxiety related. A number of years ago I was diagnosed with PTSD. That has long, long since passed, but I used to get panic attacks which always made me need to hyperventilate. Well yesterday I was in the shower after having taken MMS2, and I found myself gasping for air. I had to stick my head outside of the bathroom for a bit which helped but was still a problem. My brain simply wasn't getting sufficient oxygen. I felt very confused, dizzy, light-headed, short of breath -- like I was going to faint. But it doesn't stop there. I've taken MMS2 only a few times thus far but every time it affects me negatively. That was just the worst of it. In addition to that, every time I take it, this terrible feeling comes over me. I'm hypoglycemic so I know all too well what it's like to have a sugar low. Well, after I take MMS2, it feels like my blood-sugar level plunges. Just like that too, except eating something doesn't seem to solve the problem as it normally would. It sounds weird but it feels as though my dopamine levels drop too. Suddenly my mood takes a bad turn which is weird. Then my breathing problems start, I get confused, dizzy, et cetera. I just feels like I'm glucose and oxygen-deprived -- like I'm going hypoxic. On top of that, I get stomach pain and the palms of my hands get really dry and start shedding skin? I also burp a lot after taking it.

So what's the deal here? I always down a ton of water before and after taking MMS2, so it can't be that it's not changing into hypochlorous acid -- can it?

Hi Samzee,

I'm sure the MMS2 is working correctly. My guess is you are probably looking at some kind of die-off or detox effect. Whatever chemicals are created by dead pathogens or whatever stored toxins are being pulled out by your body when it gets a dose of hypochlorous acid (MMS2) is probably responsible for these symptoms.

It may be that your body can put the MMS2 to powerful use, but you'll have to go slow enough to make it bearable. Are you getting this much reaction from just, say 1/8 capsule?

It is the first time I have heard of this much reaction to MMS2. I really think it is some kind of stored toxins in your body tissues getting pulled out into blood circulation and causing this. When you had the exposures to begin with, is when you first had these symptoms.

It seems to me you have a good understanding of the symptoms you are having. I don't doubt any of that. There are definitely chemicals, pesticides, dental work and heavy metals that can cause all those symptoms, especially if your body is particularly sensitive to one of them.

The MMS2 may be just what your body needs to get this stuff out but you have to go slower so your detox systems can handle the load. Or you could just go with MMS1 and CDS and the other things you are doing for a while till you lighten the load on your body some.

Thanks for the response, Mike. Honestly I want to believe that it's the result of too much toxicity being dumped into my system, but I'm having a hard time doing so. I should have mentioned that this begins within minutes and it seems to hit me without any indication that it's going to. In other words, the problem doesn't build up, it just sort of comes out of nowhere after a few minutes. Do you think it would really work that fast? I haven't tried an 1/8th capsule but honestly I don't have much will to.

Question. I've seen you talk about drinking it before. How long should one wait for it to dissolve in water before drinking? Also, would it be a bad idea to take the capsules with MMS1? Would they react with each other negatively?

Hi;

If in one minutes like you said... i nvr did seen like that... everyone I help.... the reaction will only come in 30 minutes.... at the same time... do you take enough water? since Bishop Jim said is two glasses of water in the beginning... if you are in bigger size... i think you should try go for more water..... as long the symptoms is present... remember to drink lots of water so that there is some kind of urination going...

I also have cases that a person cannot even improved their dosage.... i will ask them to go for more vege diet, fruits drinks and high antioxidant stuff for a week... after they do that.. they did improved on the dosage but when the limit hits them... they do feel the symptoms but in the higher dosage...

I would prefer you follow this methods of dieting for a week then try again the dosage the make you sick.... if does not happen... please continue it for a month or so.... just go slow because there are no life treatenings... if you achieve it.... increase the amount and stay for about two week before trying to advance your dosage again... use this concept to see if it help you out.....

Going out on a limb here but, I use MMS2 all the time and I can say this, a full capsule leaves me with a little burning in the stomach. Now that feeling could cause an anxiety attack like feeling- like feeling really nervous in the pit of your stomach. It will also come on within minutes.
Perhaps your body can't tell the difference (seeing your history) and you simply get triggered that way.

Just my 2 cents.

Physical symptoms of anxiety
Anxiety is more than just a feeling. As a product of the body’s fight-or-flight response, anxiety involves a wide range of physical symptoms. Because of the numerous physical symptoms, anxiety sufferers often mistake their disorder for a medical illness. They may visit many doctors and make numerous trips to the hospital before their anxiety disorder is discovered.

Common physical symptoms of anxiety include:

Pounding heart
Sweating
Stomach upset or dizziness
Frequent urination or diarrhea
Shortness of breath
Tremors and twitches
Muscle tension
Headaches
Fatigue
Insomnia

Samzee, all the protocols I've seen with MMS2 have had it delivered at a different time than MMS1 - there's got to be a reason, and I'm betting that if you get into Jim's newest book that has all the new protocols (except CDS and 4000) he'll tell you.

He also discourages dissolving the MMS2 in water before taking it. Apparently the taste of chlorine is VERY strong - enough to put you right off your cookies. As Edwin says, drink lots of water with the dose.

I've also read if you have issues with the MMS2, to start VERY slowly, just a couple of grains in the bottom of the capsule, and increase over time. I do think you probably started a little too high in your dosing FOR YOU.

jim says in his blurb on protocol 4000 (which is only MMS2) on jimhumble.biz

Here is How to Start

Buy some gel capsules. They can’t hurt you. Millions of people take them every year. Preferably buy them smaller than size 00.
Put one single granule in a capsule and take it. Or use the honey technique given later in this newsletter for one granule. One tiny granule can’t help you any, but it can’t hurt you either. This is the way I do things like this. I take such a small dose on the first try that it can’t possibly hurt me, no matter what. Then I increase my doses slowly. Try it. It is safe. If you have drunk city water, chances are that you have already drunk more than a granule in a glass of water.
Keep taking another capsule every two hours and increase the number of granules each time. Anytime you feel like it, stop and wait until the next day to continue. Just keep increasing until you are following the protocol given below.

Good luck!
Pam

Thanks so much, everyone for the responses. The validation really helps. I thought I was taking enough water, and maybe I was but I'll have more. It was a little while back that I read Protocol 4000 so it looks like I forgot about the preliminary dosing. Now I'll only do a few granules at at time and slowly work up to it. Another thing is that the pool shock I'm using contains 78% Calcium-Hypochlorite, which is pretty darn high. It was the highest I could find. I should've taken that into account as well.

I must say that I do think the anxiety response was triggered, but that's not to be taken lightly. Like I said, I don't have a problem with panic attacks anymore. Sometimes I'll have episodes of breathing difficulty which can be triggered psychosomatically, but I think that's secondary to an actual case of low oxygen intake. I must digress briefly and say that I think anxiety disorder is over diagnosed. I'm well aware that a lot of people have it, but I think too many people with real health problems are written off with AD. Doctors will tell you it's anxiety related before or without doing any physical testing -- which I think is rather backwards. Next thing you know, they have you on Xanax. End rant.

But yes, thanks again for all the advice. It really helps. =]
