Hello, I've been trying to start the starting protocol a few times and now it makes me tired and nauseous for some reason, and I would really like to get on with it.

The first time I took MMS, I only watched a few videos and did not do the starting procedure, obviously leading to a herxheimer reaction around day 5.
 I read up to chapter 6 of Jim Humbles MMS guide book and then began the starting procedure. I got through the starting procedure, but once i got myself up to two drops per hour, it started to make me tired and nauseous, so i reduced by half until I felt I could continue. I realize now that 1 or two drops per hour is fine and all that some people can handle, but I tried to at least stabilize myself at two drops per hour and I kept having to reduce by half due to tiredness and nausea. Then, one drop began to make me feel tired and nauseous so I reduced to one-half drop, down to one-quarter-drop, down to one-eighth all still making me feel lousy, so I decided to stop for a week and clear my system of it and see if I could just restart all over again with the starting procedure and so on. 

Ever since then, when I start the starting procedure with one-quarter drop per hour, it makes me tired and nauseous within a few hours. I try to be mindful of my diet in regard to the guidebook, and if I drink coffee in the morning, I wait an hour after I'm done with it to start my drops for the day. I will just be avoiding coffee completely for when I get the protocols to work again, but I'm not really seeing any information on this particular roadblock here, and this problem seems to be sticking with me so far.

I have recently quit a heavy long-term cannabis smoking addiction, which affects the stomach greatly, so maybe that could be it? I'm not sure.

Any guidance or help would be greatly appreciated.

-70, are you using 50% citric acid or 4% HCL to make MMS1 doses? 

I suggest you switch to CDS for now. 

I was just using the standard activator solution HCL. I will take your suggestion, I appreciate your reply. Is bottled water from cheap plastic bottles known to cause nausea for starting procedure/protocol 1000 that you know of? I know it is recommended to use water from higher-grade plastic bottles, but I am wondering if the brand I was using wasn't as good as I thought.

Have not heard that different grades or types of plastic bottles used for bottled water can cause negative side effects. 

Instead of buying bottled water, you could filter your tap water and try that. I use a Berkey followed by two ZERO water filters. 

You could also buy alkaline water for use with MMS1 / CDS. 

I got nauseous when first trying MMS, but that was due to distilled water. After using mineral water the problem went away. I doubt water is the problem in your case, but you might as well try a different brand to make sure.

Doing the mould protocol with bentonite clay helps ALOT.

Is there a reliable source for bottles of CDS, or does it not matter so much?

Don't I have to get passed the starting procedure to start the mould/fungus protocol?

I started giving the HRP another try the other day, tried starting out at 1/4 of course, I'm on day three and I'm down to 1/32 from nausea/tiredness. So we'll see where this goes. Not sure why that is or how normal it is, but I'm going to order that CDS soon as recommended and see what happens. The MMS1 seems to be more of a gold then an amber and I think it's around 8 months old.

I also use a berkey, good call they’re one of the best water filter choices.
