Jeffers Thank you for the encouragement. I needed that today.

I seem to be doing much better with using HCL instead of citric acid, and putting it in a capsule and drinking it with two glasses of water. I've done two drops in a capsule about 6-7 times for the last two days and its not effecting my throat at all. I'm having less acid reflux too.

By thw ay Jeffers, I've read that it doesn't matter if you take it with food. While it's optimal to take it on an empty stomach, my guess is that it may be a bit less potent, but I'd rather do that then skip doses.

Pam is that correct?

You don't want to take it 'with' food - like you would a glass of tea and a meal. You can take food during the 8 hours or so that you are dosing - I would always try to wait at least 15 minutes.

Hi Pam,

You mentioned the following:

Jim, in our training, talked about the capsule method - as you notice there's a section in the book with that information. He made up a small dose of MMS, activated, with water, which he kept in a small squeeze bottle, sort of like an Afrin bottle or an eyedrop bottle. He also had a handful of empty capsules - when it came time to dose, he would squeeze his pre-made MMS into the capsule and take it with extra water.

Would you have the information on quantities? How much water did Jim put in the squeeze bottle, and how many drops would you put in the capsule?

In other words, how can I know how many drops of MMS I'm getting in a capsule? So for example if I want to put 3 drops of activated MMS in a capsule (that would be 3 drops MMS and 3 Drops HCL plus some water), how much water would I have used and many drops of the solution would I need?

Thanks so much! Angie

It's in his book, Angie - I typed it up last year - you might put capsules in the search feature and see if you can bring that post up. The chart is complex and took me hours to do the last time.

I understand Pam. I found it here:

g2cforum.org/index.php/list/general-discussion/25293-can-mms1-be-put-into-a-capsule#28729

I can see the amount of work that went into it.

So it looks like I've been doing it wrong. I'm just putting the MMS & HCL into the capsule - no water at all. Maybe that's why I'm feeling so queezy. Jim indicates that I need to add water too. Am I understanding it correctly?

Oh also - the chart only talks about citric acid. Am I safe to assume it's the same amounts with HCL?

Thanks!!!
