I use MMS so far for acute infections but I want to use it for lyme on a consistent basis, building up to a larger dose, and using my Rife unit as well.

I posted on a lyme forum about some of the challenges I'm having with MMS and asked if anyone had any advice, and I got this response from a woman on the forum. It scared the daylights out of me.

I had said that I get a lot of acid and burning in my stomach, and I find my throat swells somewhat from MMS. I assumed it was from the acid just irritating my throat. Here's the response I got on the forum:

If I got throat swelling from ingesting a substance, I would never ingest it again. It sounds like you are on your way to an anaphylactic reaction. At any point the throat swelling could become so much worse that you can't breathe. People die like this. Get yourself an dpi-pen, and stop ingesting substances that make your throat swell.

I feel MMS is my best chance of getting better from lyme. I've been sick for over 20 years and can't handle antibiotics. MMS has been fantastic for me for colds, flu, and other infections. A lot of people are finding it really worked for them. I really want to do it.

Do you think this person is right? Should I give up on MMS?

Another thing I've thought of is trying HCL instead of citric Acid. What do you think?

No, and she's a disinfo person. You now have the choice between who you want to believe -- someone who obviously has not had a lot of experience with MMS and one who has.

Either activator will work - I've used both - have better results with citric acid - but that's because of my own personal situation.

Thanks Pam - So you don't feel it could be an allergy? That's what she seemed to be indicating.
Have you ever heard of others getting some throat swelling from mms? Or is this unusual?

Angie, I don't believe her , period - people lie all the time on the web - and sometimes they just give partial information - there's a massive disinfo movement with MMS - I have watched it in action for 5 years, and Jim Humble has dealt with it for a lot longer. It shows up on a regular basis on this forum, unfortunately.

I have not heard of people getting throat swelling from MMS.

I have heard it theorized that parasites, and dying parasites, could cause the throat to feel heavy, or "full" - that was a theory, I have no proof.

Hello Angie.

Just as well you ask this forum for advice because lots of us have years of experience of using it ourselves or helping others use it. One cannot be allergic to MMS. Some people have a slight burning in the throat after drinking it, but only if bugs are present in that area and this sensation diminishes once those bugs have gone. So all good for you! I wish you the best possible outcome and am looking forward to hear how you too have benefitted from MMS.

Relax and enjoy your recovery process.

Are you sensitive to citric acid or lemon at other times?

Hi Jemco,

I'm sensitive to anything acidic. It tends to bother my stomach, bladder, etc. But I don't have allergies to lemon. I was told I have gastritis, and I think I have inflammation pretty much everywhere. Maybe that's from the lyme.

As a suggestion, you may want to consider trying CDS, which is Chlorine Dioxide Solution.
I don't have a link to the process of making it. Maybe someone else can kindly find the link. :)
Or later before tomorrow, I will be able to look for it, but I don't have time now. Sorry.
The CDS has removed the acid.
Some people could use CDS, at least to start with for some reasons like this or for other reasons.

She did not know what she talking about, anaphylactic reaction is allergic reaction , You don't have an allergic reaction you have a biofilm that was removed by the action of mms. You need to make your doses more dilute instead of dilute just in 4 ounces of water. If you dilute the solution it will make the pH less intense and will be better for you and your stomach. If you preferred use CDS try to double the ML per equal drops of MMS that you was taking hourly. For example you take 3 drops hourly, then take 6 ml of cds in six ounces of water. In any case is important to drink a lot of water to avoid the problem you are having with irritation no Anaphylactic Reactions. Is completely different, the anaphylactic reaction came with other symptoms like unable to breath. A irritation come with inflammation only. If you dilute your doses will be better or change your method to GelCaps that way your throat does not hurt or get inflamed so easy. I personally don't like to drink medication liquid. So GelCaps was the method I used since the beginning. I don't even know what is the taste of MMS in solution.
Hope you get well soon. I hope I can help you more.
