700g/kg is equal to 70% calcium hypochlorite.

Size 00 caps are about double the size 0 caps. So if use 00 start quarter full and work up to half full. The bigger the cap the more difficult to swallow.

Try stick to the protocol as close as possible, I assume you r using PROTOCOL 2000 or higher.

It does not matter if u get sick or diarreah (this is an indication problem is being dealt with), if u do just cut back doses or stop until it clears then start up againn where u left off or a little lower

I'm sorry, but the protocols using MMS2 now call for a max of 1/2 a size 0 capsule, no more. This changed in the last 6 months. So you would use a MAX of 1/4 of the 00 capsules. Start slowly, and add until you get to the proper amount. Be sure to take water before and after -

There is a difference between 1/2 a size 0 and a size 3. Given the make-up of mms2 (it's granular), it's not going to be packable like a fine powder.

Yes I c you r right about the change now recommended to start at quarter and work upto half cap. But for mens problemss (organs not found in women) I have been using the old method very successfully. Must b less nausea, diarreah on smaller doses.

I think JH has worked to lowering the dosing on several things (like the 15 drop doses people used to do is now reserved for Malaria) - at one point (I think in the training) he said that many people tended to think that if 1 was good, 2 would be better, So it seems he's refining some of the dosing to the minimum needed.

Yes, MMS2 seems to have a particular effectiveness in prostate issues.

thanks Pam...1/2 of a size "0"..gotcha. I appreciate all feedback, it is a fact men and women are different(thank you lord!), but unless the dosage is intended for a very specific, gender related internal organ(ie. prostate) I think I shall yield to Pamela.
