Timing re taking MMS & MMS2

Today I'm up to 6 drops of MMS but want to ramp it up as I clearly haven't reached my threshhold yet. I should be starting the MMS2 also, but am concerned that should I start having reactions I won't know which one I'm reacting to? How do I deal with this please?

Take the MMS2 on the half hour, if you're taking MMS1 on the hour.

The only other alternative is to boost the MMS1 up as high as you want to go, note reactions, and then start the MMS2.

Thank you for that. I'll go as high as I'm able on the MMS1, then add taking the MMS2. I've ordered some MMS2 but it won't arrive for a few more days. I've managed to purchase some calcium hypochlorite (bottle reads: Active constituent 700g/kg). The only capsules I could find are size double zero. How can I be accurate with filling the capsules?

Right now the recommended dose is a half a size 0 capsule, which is around a size 2 capsule. (00 is larger than 0) You may have to break the 00 capsules and put the dose in a smaller capsule. I don't know where you are, but in the US we can purchase gelatin capsules in the health food stores, usually. I always tell people to start with 1 granule, and add up to the full dose (i.e., take it slowly) -

When you say 1 granule....do you REALLY mean 1 small individual grain of Calcium Hypochlorite inside a size "0" capsule? Is this correct or is this a term 1 granule a standard of measurement?
What is the rate of increase?
If the dose is to high, how quickly is the herx reaction?

Yep! start slow . One granule is a tiny amount, and I know it. Do a couple of hours on 1 granule and then move to 2 granules. Watch your reaction. Ultimately you will be at a full dose. Can't say how quick the herx reaction will be - it's individual. That's the reason I recommend starting this low.

Thank you Pam. I have seen two different full dosage recommendations for MMS2. The first being the 1/2 "0" cap...the other a FULL size "0" cap. That appears to quite the difference.

Most recent dosing from JH (last couple of months) is 1/2 a size 0 capsule.

Also, the size "0" 1/2 fill is with the capsule NOT PACKED, just a loose fill, correct? Can you confirm the 1/2 fill of size "0" is the same as the full fill number "3" size.
