I've been feeling amazing these last few months. My energy is very high. I'm going to do my test so I can share with you all, what's my current situation. I've been taking Vitamin C, Sutherladia OPC, N-Acetyl-Cysteine and Selenium. I've been taking the combination twice a day and I'm feeling amazing. I'm going to start MMS again but just in the morning as I know you should not mix both formulas. Take MMS in the morning, wait 2 hours before you can take the combination above with food.
I've just got a newsletter from Jim Humble about CDS... do anybody know where could I buy it?
Regards,
Carlos

I am doing well. Did 4 weeks of p1000 and then the protocol for Malaria this last weekend to clear up any Toxoplasmosis that might still be lingering...and have been on a consistent maintenance dose of MMS1 twice a day for about 3 weeks, I guess. Also taking Black Seed Oil twice a day, NAC, ALA, a good food based multivitamin, probiotics and such. I bought a really good juicer for Christmas and will start juicing after the holidays. I am also planning on adding a lot more raw foods to my diet and have been eating vegan most days. I feel that I have to rebuild my body with good nutrition after the damage that has been done by the ARVs. Black Seed Oil boosts the immune system and rebuilds the bone marrow, so I am thinking that it will increase my CD4 levels faster, among other things. It's also an anti-fungal/antiviral. According to Mohammed, cures everything except death.
I won't get my lab work done until the middle or end of February. I wrote a long letter to my doctor telling him that I have stopped all ARVs on Nov. 20th. I haven't mailed it yet. Still sits on my dresser. HA! But I will. Been keeping up with all the latest news from the Rethinking AIDS groups.
So, I will keep you and everyone else posted on my progress. Thanks for doing the same. Can't wait to find out your test results.
Cheers! Terry

With juicing/mixer you cant go wrong, raw-foodism not only acts as a preventative to every kind of illness, but also clears the mind and heals the body of present diseases, providing that the affected organs still retain some signs of life....... we still have some hope I guess....
From the first moment of eating raw the blood vessels begin to cleanse.
(This could possibly be part of the answer to cleansing ones blood of antigens/antibodies by going onto a raw diet, does not necessarily mean it has to be 100% raw, possible as raw as fits each individual).
Heart and valves obtain a new lease on life with a fresh complement of active cells, they regain their proper elasticity and firmness.
Raw fruits and vegetables are never harmful.
If you want a balanced meal eat an apple.
10 pieces of different fruit is all it takes for a day to keep you nourished and full of natural energy, supposed to be a high on its own:silly:

Thanks. Yep. Feeling good and it can only get better I think.
I have been a vegetarian since 1972, btw. Trying to go vegan now. Have cut back to almost no cheese or eggs now. Haven't had milk in several years.
I bought a good book on raw foodism called Becoming Raw and a great book on Juicing. Excited about doing that. I had attempted to do Arnold Ehret's Fruitarian diet back in the mid '70s. Stayed on it for a couple of months....just fruit. So, I understand what you are saying.
I intend to continue to eat soups, as I do love soups. Just make them healthy as I can. But adding a lot of raw food-veggies and fruits...and eat organic when I can find it.
So, thank you kindly for your continued support and well wishes! How are you doing?
Onward!
Terry

I'm doing well. Still taking maintenance doses of MMS1/6 drops twice a day...mainly just to make sure that the Toxoplasmosis is cleared. Finally mailed the 'letter' to my doctor. I would not be surprised if he called me today. I'm sure he is freaking out if he has gotten it by now.
Thanks. How are you doing?

I was wondering if someone would advise me about where one could obtain MMS in Germany or Europe in general. Also where can one obtain it in Zimbabwe?
Sorry if I am posting on a wrong thread, it's because I am still new.
Thank you.

thanks for asking. I am great. Physically I am doing well. Feeling strong and having no cold. Am in the UK so now everybody is having coughs and colds - tricky weather, but me am fine. What I find hard is within my emotional state. Feeling worried for nothing from time to time. I was in hospital yesterday to give bloods. Maybe this effected me. But apart from that am doing great.
Any news from your doctor?

Glad you are feeling well. I am feeling pretty darn good for a 60 yr. old. HA!
I mailed the letter to the doc on Friday. His secretary called me today and left a message for me to please call her. It was late so I didn't. I don't really want to talk with them at this point but I know I will have to face the music and sing my own tune.
