Hey guys, I've been taking MMS1 for over 4 weeks. My CD4 is 260, I'm not taking any medication, the doctor wants me but I have faith on the MMS to kill the virus, my VL went down from 88,000 to 68,000 and my CD4 is steady at the moment. I'm actually feeling amazing, lots of energy. I have quit alcohol a year and 5 months ago, doing regular exercises and eating very healthy. Also it's good to do a colonic cleanser twice a year to get rid of bacterias. I've been drinking spirulina often and it feels good. I did the bath for a couple of weeks.
I'm going to start the MMS1 again for another 4 weeks then I'll keep drinking it but only 6 to 8 drops every morning as I'd like to take the sutherlandia OPC too.
I'll keep you guys informed on how my next results come out.
Cheers,
Carlos

Hi Carlos,
I was wondering how you are doing. Thanks for sharing. I began the p1000 last week. Today is my 6th day.
Do you know what your CD4 count was prior to doing the protocol? I am wondering if your CD4 actually dropped while on
the MMS1 or if 260 is an improvement in those numbers. Did your VL initially increase from the MMS1 (88,000 being higher than before the protocol) and has now begun to drop again?
My CD4 count is above 400 and VL undetectable. I am still on the ARVs and will probably continue them at least until I get my lab test results in the Spring sometime. Then I will see.
I am anxious to see what my lab numbers will do on the protocol. I have been undetectable for over a year. Will wait 3 months to get lab work again. Please keep us posted on your progress and any other information that might help others going through this process. I will do the same. Terry

David,
I have DMSO. I might add it to my MMS1 baths. What do you think?

Hi Terry,
Thanks.
In the bath you probably lose most of its effectiveness, try and drink orally with MMS1 and use in a good HDPE spray bottle or apply topically over and with MMS1 onto your body, would imagine taken orally as in protocol 1000+ is the best effective way for you to use DMSO.
Thanks,

Hi Terry, my cd4 before the MMS was at 260, after the test my cd4 didn't change but my VL went from 88,000 to 68,000. I've just done another one and it seems there has not been a improvement yet. I've been taking for 4 to 5 weeks, every hour for 8 hours. I stopped a few days ago as I was doing a colonic cleanser but I'm starting taking MMS again from today.
I'm going to tell you about my process. My doctor from the sex clinic gave a little paper which said MMS1. She said that one of her patient has been HIV for many years, he does lots of meditation but also he was using MMS1, his VL went from 80,000 to 10,000 which was amazing for her. She knows that i don't want to take medications, that's why she wants to know what's going to happen with me.
My first days with MMS, I was feeling very tired, cloudy and couldn't hold attention but the 3rd week I could deal drinking MMS 10 hours a day and add extra 1 or 2 drops. Then I got a rush on some spots on my right leg, it seemed like shingles but it wasn't painful or itchy, I believe MMS was killing something that it has been there forever, that's all i can think of.
Overall I'm feeling great, I'm going to continue with MMS1 for another 5 weeks then I'm going to drink it every morning 8 to 10 drops and I'll try another herb called Sutherlandia OPC as I already bought the pills but I haven't used them because it's not good to do it at the same time with the MMS.
I'll keep you posted with the process and hopefully good news.
Take care,
Carlos

Well....
Just finished my 10th day. So far, I have had no adverse side effects to the protocol whatsoever. I am consuming the MMS1 drops with organic apple juice, as it has nothing added. The taste is like drinking apple cider from a glass that was washed and not rinsed out very well...kind of a 'soapy' tangy taste. Not bad at all.
I haven't experienced fatigue but I am sleeping better...it's a deeper and longer sleep period, which is good because I am usually awake after about 4 hours and then can't go back to sleep. My Acupuncturist says that's a liver issue. It's getting better. Drinking water after every dose as well. Peeing a lot! Also taking extra vitamin C, my multivitamin and a couple of antioxidant supplements a couple of hours after my final dose.
It's sometimes hard to get a dose in every 60 minutes, particularly at work. However, I am not concerned, Jim has said to back off and actually stop taking a dose if you have nausea, etc., so, I don't think it will hurt if I miss a dose by an hour occasionally. I am trying very hard to stay with it on an hourly basis, however. I have also gone to as much as 10 doses in one day a couple of times and I am also taking a bath with MMS1 2-3 times a week.
My appetite has increased, although it wasn't poor anyway.
The protocol is going well. I am still taking the ARVs. As I was not sick before, I'm not seeing any improvements other than those listed above. Having faith that MMS1 is destroying the HIV in my body.
Thanks, Terry

Great to hear that you're following the treatment properly.
I'm having a rest from it as I'm using the Sutherladia OPC with N-Acetyl and Selenium. I'd like to try it for a few weeks and see how I go.
I'm not taking medications at the moment but the doctor wants to take Atripla as my cd4 is not very low but they would like me to start treatment but I'd rather don't do it as I don't want to dependant on that.
I'll keep you posted with my results in a few weeks.
Cheers,
Carlos

Finished my 13th day on p1000 today. Took 1200mg of vitamin C last night before bed, along with NAC, ALA and a multivitamin and extra magnesium and calcium. Woke up during the night with mild diarrhea. When I got up for work I had wicked diarrhea. Mostly water. Not sure if it was caused by the MMS or Vitamin C or a combination of both. At any rate, I got rid of some stuff.
Getting sleepy throughout the day. Taking MMS1 hourly at work and really do have a difficult time staying awake at times. It's hard to get out of bed each morning. Feel like I could sleep in. Sometimes I have a mild fever off and on during the night (sweats), as well as some fast heart rate at times. Some minor lightheadedness at times. Things are moving right along. HA!
Have an appt. with my physician on 11/3. That will be the last day of my 3rd week on the protocol. Will see what my lab work is like that was done the morning of the day I began the protocol. Expecting VL to be undetectable and CD4 above 400 as it has been for months. Cheers!
