Terry, GREAT sounds like you are super fit..... think positive and half you problem is already solved.

Eat and sleep as much as you feel like, do not think eating will interfere with your protocol, would not worry about this eating factor, sometimes its probably good to have a full stomach just to help stop the nausea factor apart from apples any good nutrition you feel your body can benefit from use it. Eat as much when ever you feel like eating try to keep and improve your regular lifestyle.

Baths are great, build up your doses of drops as per bath protocol.

Can take longer for others I am presuming especially if you have been suffering for a longer period of time, but I have noticed many other so hardcore cases vomit withing 3 days and I am suspecting once you have vomiting and visited the bathroom a few times usually a day or two, at any stage throughout the 3 weeks, the worse of the problem is over and it is a matter of carrying on with the protocol to handle and remaining unknown conditions, opportunistic diseases would be handled at the same time.

The standard protocol 1000+ is 3 weeks after reaching 3 drops per hour for eight hours, better or faster results are achieved if you go longer say to 12 hours, followed by maintenance doses, so a month to 5 weeks is probably a good length of time to make sure you are getting as many benefits as possible of the MMS protocol to heal your condition, each condition and individual is different.

Others have opportunistic diseases and probably protocol 1000+ would be the faster route to go, remain a purist fist and use protocol 1000 as you seem to have everything pretty much under control.

Do the 3 weeks first than you can decide after that how you have been handling the MMS, if you can take it for another week or 2 longer its not a problem its probably a good thing, listen to your body right inside your chest etc and you will get an answer:0).......

Would wait a minimum of 3 months before doing any tests that are also not very reliable so it seems, ARV,s you have to slowly detach yourself from their dependence and really on a good blender/juicer for fresh fruits and spices, herbs and spinach, brazil nuts, vitamin c etc.......

Nutrition, your kitchen is where you good health starts....... vitamins and minerals and nutrients, exercise and sun light, stay young....

Love YOURSELF......

Peace and Love..

Thanks...

Thank you David.

It's good to know that I don't need to stress about eating around the doses. I'm on my 4th day. Doing 8 hours, might try to do more. Not doing the DMSO but have some.

I guess I hadn't realized that you went through the training with Jim. :) Thanks for your support!

Hi Terry,

Thanks,

DMSO is supposed to be good for you to help the MMS penetrate deeper into tissues and the DMSO also has its own super healing qualities, Protocol 1000+

We all learning DMSO is still something new to most of us I am presuming, have tried it myself and it seems very effective in helping conditions in general.

Did Jims seminar on DVD........

Video Except of the MMS Seminar

Peace and Love....

Hey guys, I've been taking MMS1 for over 4 weeks. My CD4 is 260, I'm not taking any medication, the doctor wants me but I have faith on the MMS to kill the virus, my VL went down from 88,000 to 68,000 and my CD4 is steady at the moment. I'm actually feeling amazing, lots of energy. I have quit alcohol a year and 5 months ago, doing regular exercises and eating very healthy. Also it's good to do a colonic cleanser twice a year to get rid of bacterias. I've been drinking spirulina often and it feels good. I did the bath for a couple of weeks.

I'm going to start the MMS1 again for another 4 weeks then I'll keep drinking it but only 6 to 8 drops every morning as I'd like to take the sutherlandia OPC too.

I'll keep you guys informed on how my next results come out.

Cheers,

Carlos

Hi Carlos,

I was wondering how you are doing. Thanks for sharing. I began the p1000 last week. Today is my 6th day.
Do you know what your CD4 count was prior to doing the protocol? I am wondering if your CD4 actually dropped while on
the MMS1 or if 260 is an improvement in those numbers. Did your VL initially increase from the MMS1 (88,000 being higher than before the protocol) and has now begun to drop again?

My CD4 count is above 400 and VL undetectable. I am still on the ARVs and will probably continue them at least until I get my lab test results in the Spring sometime. Then I will see.

I am anxious to see what my lab numbers will do on the protocol. I have been undetectable for over a year. Will wait 3 months to get lab work again. Please keep us posted on your progress and any other information that might help others going through this process. I will do the same. Terry

David,

I have DMSO. I might add it to my MMS1 baths. What do you think?

Hi Terry,

Thanks.

In the bath you probably lose most of its effectiveness, try and drink orally with MMS1 and use in a good HDPE spray bottle or apply topically over and with MMS1 onto your body, would imagine taken orally as in protocol 1000+ is the best effective way for you to use DMSO.

Thanks,
