I have problem to follow your posting, are you making reference to whom? In the book of Jim said 20 for Citric acid and later the HCL was introduce and is 30 Second.

Look at what the creator and designer , protocols and success etc JIM HUMBLE. He is very specific that you need to activate it before mixing it. It turns goldish, you wait 3 minutes and then you add water and consume. I dont think he was judging you , i think he was stating that its unactivated so its like you have a great bomb without a fuse. Ive been reading the forums and so many different directions have been taken, but none of the success stories did they not activate it first before ingesting it. Im still reading to see what protocol im going to do. I will start with jims protocol 1000 and then add to it. I wont go "big out the gate" and will work up. Jim says he doesnt want people vomiting and diarrhea, though its a sign of it working , it makes you weak and depending on your condition (cancer for example) they dont want a weak body , they need it strong.

You are reading old posting. The new activators only need 20 second for Citric Acid or 30 second for HCL 4%.

Redtesta, I think you're working with the first edition of Jim's book. We no longer activate for 3 minutes (unless we;re using a 10% activator) - we also do not recommend the Bervin protocol - too many people have made negative comments about it.

I've doing the MMs 1 + protocol for 2 months and 2 weeks ago i decided to start doing mms2. I apply mms+dmso on my lower spine also.
I had outbreaks on my third week on the protocol and i've been 45 days outbreak free, but i still get the tingles so i'm keep going. I spoke to Jim Hamble who told me that some people take longer and require MMS2 to rid HSV from the body, so i'm keep going. He told me he has had many success case, but I would like to talk to someone who's been through this process. Are you still outbreak free? Was 4 weeks enough for you? I heard you can get a negative test even still having the virus and that's why i'm asking.
