I'm doing protocol 1000. Do meals affect the outcome?

Thanks so much for answering my question. If I could impose with just two more questions regarding this topic. From what I read, we are not to have coffee, tea, orange juice, baking soda, supplements or added vitamin C while actively taking MMS. Why no orange's when it's not the fruit with the most vitamin C? And why no tea & coffee? Hope someone can clear this up. It is a relief to learn that meals don't interview with MMS. :-)

Top 7 Fruits For Vitamin C Content
1. Guava, 1 medium, 165 mg
2. Papaya, 1 cup, 87 mg
3. Strawberries, 1 cup, 84 mg
4. Kiwi, 1 medium, 74 mg
5. Cantaloupe, 1 cup, 68 mg
6. Orange, 1 medium, 75 mg
7. Grapefruit, half, 42 mg

In orange, it's the ascorbic acid. if you're concerned, you can avoid all those fruits, but if they were problematic, I'm sure Jim Humble would have told us so. Tea and coffee have "anti-oxidents" - actually, I believe it's green tea that has more than the brown tea. The brown tea is more highly processed.

Jim has stated that food anti-oxidents have not been a bother except for orange juice -

Even if limiting yourself in terms of your coffee or tea use, you could have them 2 hours after your dosing is complete - (or 4 hours before you start) - just as you can have orange juice in those same time frames. MMS stays in the body around 1.5 hours - by the time 2 hours have passed, you're not going to interfere with its action.
