I am very thankful for the hope that MMS has inspired
in me regarding the cure for diseases. I have always felt
that God hid his cures in the earth and I am thankful that Jim
Humble was guided to find MMS. I would like some clarification
on what and when to be eating while taking MMS every hour.

I have 3 questions re diet:

In my weeks of MMS research I have come across some
dietary rules from people on the internet, but Jim does not
talk about what to eat or not (except Ascorbic Acid) when
taking MMS.

Some say no to coffee, but then, as said in Jim's bood re
antioxidants, to take them 2 hours before or after you start
your MMS and it will be ok. Does this, then apply to coffee?

Q #1: If I drank a cup of coffee at 8am and began MMS at 12, would the
antioxidants of the coffee be out of my blood and therefore not interfere with MMS?
How long after a cup of coffee could one take MMS and it still work?

Q #2: Does alcohol interfere with MMS and how so?

Also, sometimes my hourly does falls right before or after I
have eaten a meal. In my imagination, I see the MMS slopping
onto all this food and being deactivated by mixing with all the
stuff in my stomach.

Q: #3 Does eating a big meal and then taking MMS
right after deactivate it?

I keep searching Jim's book for dietary recommendations, but can't
find any. I think it would be a helpful chapter for the next one.

In hope and gratitude,

It is best to stay out things that is not helpful to health during treatment... it does not matter be it coffee or chocolates because our objective is to go simple diet and recover from our diseases soon....

To me is best to drink plain water only during treatments and enough food to prevent hunger will do.... then we can minus out many things that maybe could make MMS less effective...

Our objective is good health... then we can eat or drink back many things we like after full recovery...

As long if one keep taking MMS as directed in the protocol.... how much food one is taken during treatment does not make a big differences... not following the protocol correctly may bring UN-effective results....

If the addiction is there... i also believed MMS could help get rid of it soon....

Thank you Edwin. I've been on MMS for 7 weeks and have had
a couple cups of coffee and a couple drinks and I would like to know
what they do exactly. Because of the extended period of time and that
I will probably be doing it for a couple more weeks, I would like to know
more scientific details.
I also like to enjoy black or green tea, but am not sure
if these negate the effects of MMS either.

namaste,

A couples cup of coffee, teas or drinks if health allow for a day or two in weeks should not be a concern matters.... still best to go simple foods and drinks during treatments is my way of thinking....

Hi Trinity,

Here are two links where Jim gives dietary advice:

We don't have much scientific theory to base things on, we are mostly operating on observation, what works or doesn't. In his book Jim did mention the things that he knows will negate MMS doses, such as added vit. C or putting orange juice in the dose.

You are also welcome to experiment on yourself to determine if your doses are being affected and then report back your results.

When I was having nausea from my MMS doses, it did not matter whether I was in the beginning, middle, or end of a meal; I always got the nausea immediately upon drinking the dose. For that reason I think the chlorine dioxide gets absorbed quickly and is usually not affected by food, at least that was my experience.
