Hi,

I am having great difficulty in drinking the hourly doses over the 8 hours per day
as I feel very bloated.

I am not a big drinker of water normally even in very hot weather so I find it hard to drink
every hour, this is for protocol 1.

Thanks for any advice.

Keng;

Just drink as many times you could per day and try increase when possible... do not have to force drink yourself... or reduce the hourly drops you take... also reduce the amount of water intake...

I can take 6 drops in a chinese tea cup mixture in one go... the amount of water is only around 20ml...

Using the MMS protocols can cause us to feel a little off sometimes. It's making changes in all our bodily systems as the chlorine dioxide penetrates deeply into tissues. Feeling bloated or tired is very common.

The benefits are in the gradually increasing strength and effectiveness in our immune systems, and the freedom from the effects of toxicity and pathogens.

Not always easy, sadly,
Bruce

Hmmm, I don't know about spell-check. I have it, but I think it's from Firefox browser (you may want to check that out, wink. B) That's a good idea, though, I'll look at the Joomla and Kunena forums to see what's available. There's a whole lot out there for Joomla.

Orv, with your diverticulitis, that's essentially one "brand" of a gut syndrome, and definitely the place to focus your wellness efforts. Are you taking a good probiotic?

To wellness,
Bruce
