Well, I have a different take on this.

Firstly, did you doctor ask you if you were getting at least 5 hrs sleep each night ?[ waking up to go potty resets the clock ]

Dr Marshall says all the time men and women need at least 5hrs for the adrenals to function properly....not to mention taking cod liver oil to keep them lubed.

So, according to him, if you are not getting the sleep your adrenals can get stressed out.

As a male, I had an easier time to cope with the 3am pee time, I got a chamber pot and never got up....the head should not raise above horizontal or the clock resets for the glands.

I found that method helped me, but like lots of other folks, I still had other issues and vitamin mineral shortages yet undiagnosed.

Just putting it out there for your consideration.

best wishes
I recently came upon MMS and FGHP therapy at the same time. And NOW more recently, I stumbled into old therapies, like turpentine!
And I always support peoples right to choose whichever therapy they see fit to take!
