Dr. Ron:

What's the present position re: adding baking soda to MMS?
I'm confused.
Yes or No? Please advise. If no, please explain why.
Thanks,
TG

Hi TG,

Andreas Kalcker and Kerri Rivera are both strongly against using baking soda. That's good enough for me, so I don't recommend it. Adam Abraham has come out against it now too. I don't know Jim's current position except that he took down the video with Ron Neer.

Andreas gives his reasons in this video
May 10, 2012 1hr16min.; MMS Autism Webinar, Andeas. Deficiencies indicate parasites, treat the parasites to get at the cause; Parasite protocol and CDI buffered with sodium chlorite, baking soda did not work; gluten sensitivity and leaky gut caused by parasites.

It is important to note that in the video with Archbishop Jim and Ron Neer, Archbishop Jim made it clear that nothing was proven and more research was needed to reach a final conclusion if baking soda was actually good or not.
Make a habit of two things:
to help; or at least to do no harm.
Walking is man's best medicine.
Everything in excess is opposed to nature.

Michael:

Thanks for your comments. I'd REALLY like to know the EXACT scientific "WHY" baking soda isn't recommended. I need more than blind faith or blind obedience to an "opinion".

Namaste,
TG

TG:

The people Micheal is referring to (and Micheal himself) are in the trenches battling disease and governmental interference. Their hands on experience is telling them what works and what doesn't. They won't have the time or resources to develop scientific "WHYS" (yet).

"Certainty" would be a wonderful thing - but we don't live in "certain" times. Big Pharma can give you tons of "SCIENTFIC" reports on their products showing efficacy - but look around you - do you see an outbreak of good health?

If you NEED scientific answers - tuck in - set up and do experiments and report back to us. The movement would be glad for the help.

Oops ! Yah - what Macaddict08n posted while I was typing! :)

I watched Adam's video last night (haven't watched the other one yet.) The problem I have with Adam and Grant dismissing the baking soda method is that they posed the following question to ask.com "What do you get when you combine citric acid and sodium bicarbonate?" The answer was that you get large molecules and carbon dioxide.

However, that is not the baking soda method. I'm not a chemist, not even close, but it seems to me that the question should have been, "What do you get when you combine activated MMS with sodium bicarbonate?"

For now, I will not take the baking soda method, but it sure tasted the best and was the most convenient.
