vector, IMHO, if a stone can make it down the skinny gallbladder ducts then no sweat it can make it out the much larger diameter of the colon. I've got 38 liver/gallbladder cleanses under my belt since 2008 and the largest stone I ever saw was the size of a ping pong ball and that's huge! BM is much larger than a ping pong ball. :-)

Hi,

I've done 14 liver/gb cleanses, passed many stones and then needed to decrease my thyroid to almost nothing. But I still have thyroid issues. And taking mms makes it worse. I haven't tried Lugol's yet. I'm excited because it could be the answer to helping the thyroid and continuing to be able to take mms. After 2 weeks on mms I am freeeezing cold and my mood is bad. 2 times I've tried. Here's what I learned from another forum - don't know if it's true but sounds true:

Chloride is an halogen with a lighter atomic weight than iodine. If you are not taking Iodine and are iodine deficient, the chloride can take up residence in the iodine receptors in the thyroid and in the rest of the body. Cloride is also helpful in flushing out bromides from the body. Bromides are toxic to the body and will block the iodine receptors in the body.

To suppress the thyroid antibodies, you need to take adequate iodine and Iodide -- at least 50-100mg. Iodoral is an easy and effective way to do it. Each tablet is 6.5mg of combined iodine and potassium iodide. Lugols iodine/iodine solution is another. Swanson's vitamins has both available. One drop of 2% lugols is about 3.5mg of iodine/iodide.
The iodine supplementation forum here on curezone is a really good site for more information on iodine.

Selenium is also important along with the iodine. At least 200mcg of selenomethionine is needed daily.

Another key in suppressing the thyroid antibodies may also going gluten free. A large portion of people with hashimotos also are gluten intolerant.

Have you had your vitamin D levels tested? Vitamin D is important for a healthy immune system. Optimal levels are 70-90 ng/ml.

If you are concerned that there may be a small bit of chlorite left when you activate the MMS, then you can take CDS, which is ONLY chlorine dioxide. Guessing you might have to look somewhere else for your cold issues - Good luck!

Hi Pam,

Weird that the thyroid issue is a problem for me with the mms. I'm looking forward to trying Lugol's iodine to support the thyroid and see if this can help.

The miracle is that doing liver cleanses - flushing stones has cut my thyroid medication to nill and helped me lose extra weight - about 80 lbs.

Glad to see others doing mms and liver cleanses.
