I'm starting my 26th gallbladder/liver flush today and need to know if I can continue with my MMS 4000 protocol along with my MMS1 maintenance dose of 15 drops once a day? I make my apple juice homemade using granny smith green apples and lemon juice, but I do drink a gallon a day of it while cleansing. Would it also be ok to drink my juice when taking my calcium hypochlorite capsules because it is 'natural' vitamin C?

Thanks so much for any help that can be offered.

According to JH, naturally occurring Vit C in food does not cause a problem. Apparently it's the "added" or when people are using products that are preserved with ascorbic acid or sodium ascorbate.

Go for it, girl!

Mickey-
I am glad you asked this question. I need to do my regular liver flush as well but wasn't sure whether or not it was OK.
I was going to stop MMS for the day of cleansing.

So have you done it before together with MMS without any unpleasant experience?

Also I have been very weak, is it OK to do the cleanse?

Thank you so much

Sue, this is my first time flushing while on MMS. It's always good to do these flushes, especially if you are not feeling tip top because that's when you need it most. :-)

Mickey and Sue,

I don't have any personal experience with this, nor any word from Jim, or any testimonials from anyone else who has done it. But if I was considering a flush and proceeding with a protocol, I would keep doing the protocol.

I'm sort of gutsy by nature when it comes to health stuff, because I have been through so much and lived to tell about it. I don't know of any reason why you would need to interrupt your protocol to do a flush.

Watch and see what happens and if you feel you ought to stop the MMS, then you can.

Michael

Hi Michael

I have been doing liver flush due to my current health challenges. I have been feeling horrible on MMS, extreme fatigue, brain fog, weakness etc. I couldn't function at all. I did some reading and found out people with clogged liver had similar experiences to mine and got instant relief after the flush. I should have done one 2 weeks ago but couldn't do it because of the flush.

I just don't want to give up MMS although I thought about taking a break from it. Last time I tried, I did one day of protocol 1000 without ANY unpleasant symptoms, not any nausea. - but couldn't continue due to smell/taste. LOL

Anyways.. you said you were taking very small dose as well, do you mind telling me how much are you taking a day?

Thank you.

*Oh I wrote update on how I did with baking soda you suggested.

Hi Mickey,I have been thinking of doing a liver flush [have no gallbladder now] for a while, but am unsure how to go about it.

I cannot have apple juice as I'm diabetic and would probably have issues with all fruit juices, but I'm sure a liver cleanse would benefit my diabetes,as the liver plays such a big role in the disease.

I also have adrenal issues and am taking hydrocortisone to increase my level of cortisol and have been told that a liver cleanse would make my adrenals feel even worse, but again,a liver cleanse should help with making it easier to absorb my meds.

I also have an underactive thyroid and liver issues go hand in hand with this,so a liver cleanse would also benefit my thyroid issues, but would also make me feel quite ill.

Basically, every illness I have would benefit from a cleanse, but will also make me feel VERY ill in the process and may take some time to recover from,as my body is very overwhelmed with ill health.

I did do a liver cleanse several years ago and thought I was dying,I felt that bad! It felt like my stomach was going to rip open,as well as my bowel,I've never felt pain like it,apart from childbirth!Lol! The amount of "stones" I passed was unbelievable and couldn't believe an organ could hold that many stones and still function!

Could you share your protocol for your liver cleanse and I will see if its possible for me to do,but the gallon of apple juice is certainly out of the question.Thankyou kindly.

best wishes sharon
