I bought 2-MMS, and it comes with powder. I don't understant the preparation mix. I only want to take what I need. Should I use only the MMS water purification drops? If, I can drink it, how many drops I have to use. I have lupus and was having chronic diarrea, but my GI doctor asked me to try a new med, so it is helping a lot.

Can somebody help me with the directions or tell me if I can use the MMS water purification drops directly. I am so anxious in trying this.

I have used 65% MMS2 and it look better for new comer... recently i try the 70% MMS2 which i believed is of better quality... but it can be strong for new comer... i take my first half capsule... i can feel some discomfort in the stomach area but can tolerate... maybe is stronger or i have been stop too long not taking MMS2... but base on experienced.. i assume is lot stronger....
