To sun-gaze you will have to get in position within 30 min of sun up or within 30 prior to sun down. Those are the only times its safe to sun-gaze. If you live under a huge stand of trees, or a mountain ridge thats a big problem because you can not sun gaze after the sun is over 30 risen from the horizon, not mountains or trees. It has to be the official sun up and sun down in your area. Try it, it does something. I started very conservative on time, and I keep my eyes moving.

I've done it. It does have an effect. Takes planning. Many mornings are cloudy. Hard to work into schedule. Maybs when I retire and kids have moved out
