- The truth will make you free!!!
Published studies indicate that viruses like herpes simplex and herpes zoster can be put into quick remission, or the breakouts prevented altogether, when T-lymphocyte suppressor cell function is inhibited. The best way of accomplishing this is to take 200 mg of cimetidine (Tagamet) three times a day and then 400 mg a bedtime. Tagamet is available in pharmacies over-the-counter. Suggested use is to initiate Tagamet as soon as symptoms of a herpes-related virus infection appear. Continue to take it for one to two weeks after all symptoms of the outbreak have abated.

Tagamet doesnt' appear to actually "cure" outbreaks, just prevent them. Here;s your link:

I'm not really sure I'd trust Smith-Kline, but that's my bias re: big pharma.

I am a straight, single senor, living in a city with fast food all over the place, even the foods bought from stores are mostly heat and serve type.
What should be an average day for food and protocol 1+ so at least I have a sample.
I have tried dosing:
06:00 wake in morning and take first dose of (3 drops MMS+3 drops Citric Acid+3 drops DMSO).
4:00 PM last dose of protocol for the day (doses were taken every hour).
Foods always 1/2 hour after taking MMS dose:
Breakfast- was either (a) egg sandwich with onion and tomato and a glass of almond milk (b) Honey-Nut cereal in bowl with almond milk.
Lunch- was either (a) chicken or turkey burger (b) chicken bowl from Chipotle, consisting of grilled chicken white rice beans, light cheese and light salsa (c) Some days it will be Subway tuna with veggies and other days it may be a veggie burger.
Dinner- Usually same as I had for lunch sometimes maybe once every other week or so, I may have a pizza
