Hello fellow board members, I have been battling hsv for about 3 yrs now. I completed "b's" 3 week protocol in 2012 with no success, I later on completed his 7 day protocol with no success, I've taken vco, oil of oregano, olive leaf extract and I must say that these have helped me tremendously. I do not get out breaks anymore, however I do feel itching deep down in my nerves. Right now I am taking mms and citric acid, vco, and olive leaf extract internally. I have been doing 5 drops of active mms in a cup of water 3 times a day for a week, yesterday started my second week and I attempted to do 5 drops every hour for 8 hours, but I vomited and had extreme stomach cramps after the 5th hour. Today, I am doing 5 drops for 3 hrs a day. With me, I think slow and steady is going to win this race. I eventually want to get up to 15 drops three times a day. I am also starting mms baths tonight. I just have OOOONEEE problem. To all the people who have rid this virus or to the people who have seen improvements, what did you eat? I am not eating enough. I know I have to stay away from the arginine foods, sugar, caffine, vitamin c. But what can I eat? I've been eating turkey sausage, eggs, grapes, bananas, pinto beans, spinach, kale, strawberries, turkey chops, chicken breast, corn on the cob, avocado etc..but these foods do not fill me up. I have lost 10 pounds already. I have searched all over the internet, and I see nothing about what meals to eat. Someone asked on this board already, but no thorough answers. The diet information is so conflicting. Some say an alkaline diet, but you want to attack the virus itself so I think a little bit of acid is needed. I see you can eat whatever if you are doing the John d's protocol, but what about mms protocols? I want to eat a good healthy meal, but I do not want it to cancel out the mms. O someone else online also said you can eat just about "anything" as long as there as least an hour space in between taking the mms. I do not think you can eat just about anything, and I think this is a major key to riding this demon. Insight please!

You would be better to drop back to 3 drops an hour for 8 hours (or even less) - taking 3x a day does not keep a level of MMS in the blood - and you want to do that.

Jim Humble has never said an alkaline diet. You might check through the newsletters (button is above) - he's got one on diet, as well as another on PH.

Thanks so much Pam! I did find the diet info. I have a couple questions regarding the hour on the hour intervals. When a protocol says hour on the hour every hour does it mean exactly at 1, exactly at 2, exactly at 3, exactly at 4 etc. or can it be at 1:01 2:05? I've done hour on the hour before and a couple of times I lost track of time. I was wondering if that affected my results. also, do I have to start the hour on the hour regimen everyday at the same time? unfortunately I have school and work, so it can be quite hard to do hour on the hour, however I do have 8 consecutive free hours everyday, but not at the same times everyday. For instance, on Tues and Thurs I'm free from 2 to 9, but on Mon, Wed and Fri I'm free for 8 consecutive hours in the morning..

I believe you eat a lot of Chocolate and Peanuts or your diet is rich on Arginine. Please check this file and try to stay away from food that is high in this amino acid. The virus structure is build using Arginine. To lower you need to supplement your diet with L-Lysine and do not eat any chocolate or Nuts. Avoid any fruit while taking MMS.

@ Greg wow! Are you extremely intuitive or something!? Yes when I am not on a strict detox I eat chocolate quite a bit, I did not know fruit could not be eaten while taking mms, Jim humble stated that while taking mms you could eat organic fruits and veggies, wow how long does arginine stay in your system? When I was on b's protocols I did not have any arginine foods. I did not have chocolate at all, nor did I have nuts. However, B did have me eating grapefruit during the detox and said I could eat strawberries and grapes as well...hmm anyways, when it comes to the 8 hours of mms, do I have to start the 8 consecutive hours at the same time everyday?

If MMS did not work is because something is Killing the effect. The fruit are antioxidant. The vegetable kingdom is full of antioxidant, So eat them both schedule them in a period that you are not doing the MMS.

If you stop eating Chocolate does not mean that your body did not have Arginine level high. So start drinking L-Lysine to balance and make that virus out of your system. I personally believe that taking high dose of MMS like the method of 15,14,13,12 does not make any sense. There a level of MMS that the body no going to tolerate and going to make your sick. If he ask you to eat grapefruit is because that will kill the effect of MMS and you not going to feel the hexer... effect. But that mean you are neutralizing the MMS.

When you are kicking the virus out of hiding you going to experience several OB symptoms but your not going to see intense because the MMS is killing the virus. But if you feed the virus with arginine, you lost your time. That virus have lipid cover that need arginine to maintain the structure.

Take 4 pills of L-Lysine daily and 8 when you are suffering an OB. Put Cinnamon over your blister. Do not let the blister excretion to be in contact with healthy skin.

Thanks so much Greg! I have not gotten a blister in months thank the heavens! I just want to know the best way to take the mms, so that it is effectively riding the virus out of my body, but not causing my body to reject the mms, Pam suggested 3 drops every hour for 8 hours then work my way up, but my schedule is so hectic, that's why I was wondering if I start at different times a day, will this effect my results?

The key here is that you keep your body at 24 drops per day. I been doing it for two week already, and so far I feel the pain and the tingling like twice this week but no outbreaks. Check my thread of MMS 4 hours and make your schedule to a total of 24 drops per day.
