Hi pam, I have just been recently diagnosed with HSV 1 & 2, never had any breakouts and I was in absolute shock that I had this. I have just purchased Jim Humble's book and his MMS protocol book along with the MMS solution. It's on the way as we speak. I am a spiritual person and my faith is what's been sustaining me throughout this ordeal. I have hope in this product and through my faith, I know it will eradicate this virus from my body. Thanks for the list of foods. I like a combination of the dark leafy greens in smoothies as a nutritional therapy in therapeutic amounts of 400 mil packed leaves twice daily. However, I wonder about vitamin C content. Some greens have a significant amount as you show on your list. Is this enough to limit the effectiveness of chlorine dioxide? This is assuming that a person is taking MMS every hour for 10 to 12 hours each day using protocol 1000+ or 2000. Thanks

Keep Arginine level low. Take food rich in L-lysine. Keep calms, Dont overdose Very important, CINNAMON is the external cure of your genital blister, after 10 min you will feel the burn but is eliminating those blister. MMS2 Work great on those but start slow 1/4 of Gellcaps 0 fill the caps with the short size instead of the long size. After the second pills those blister clear next morning. Cinnamon in the outside and MMS2 in the inside.
