Personally I don't think continued long term use is wise. I agree with Mike Adams that CD should be used when you get sick or have a health issue, not use it day in and day out.

As Jim Humble says - CD doesn't heal the body, CD destroys pathogens and toxins, allowing the BODY to heal the body.

If we simply rely on CD and ignore or put off eating well we will end up with a weakened immune system and we will get sick more often.

Eating healthy should be the first line of defence against getting ill and having health problems. Raw vegetables, full kernel wheat bread, ginger, turmeric, fruit, Omega 3, Vitamin D, etc, etc.

I just hope people don't get carried away and ignore eating healthy in favour of using CD 24/7 365. It is an amazing weapon against disease, but it can't feed and fuel the body with what it needs to be healthy. That is diet.

No, not long term use, long term safety.
I did protocol 1000 4-6 months ago and haven’t used it since.
I now have some digestion issues and wondering if I caused some damage that hadn’t shown up till now.
that’s why I was asking for reassurance from people who’ve taken it and not had any issues down the track.
I don’t know what is going on with me as doc is testing for various things and we haven’t solved the problem yet.
I’m generally very healthy although I do love a wine!

would it be possible for problems to arise later on;
I have lost weight, difficulty eating/ not hungry, tired, nauseous on and off. Digestion is off, tenderness, getting gurgling noises. This has gone on for weeks

I think CDS is still quite new compared to MMS so there is less data on it. MMS seems to have a lot more history. But I think people avoiding antioxidants while use is a bad idea. Make sure you replenish them later.

Did you try supplementing with antioxidants such as nac and vitamin C yet? I think with consistent use of MMS without supplementing with these, problems can arise. If that were me, that would be one of the first things I'd try as well as liposomal vitamin C.

This also makes me wonder if the MMS had a negative impact on your beneficial bacteria in your stomach. If that were me, I would try drinking ultra fine oats for a period of 2 weeks to see if this helps. I would also be sure to add enzymes containing phytase to it. The Prebiotics in the oats will feed any existing bacteria and it being powdered means you can drink more than you could ever consume providing a surplus of Prebiotics. Eating oats in general has been proven to increase beneficial bacteria more than probiotics.

Just a thought, but a healthy all-around diet would be crucial after dosing for such a long period.
Fresh vegetables, some fruit, whole grain bread, Vitamin C,D, etc. Eat healthy.
