Long term safety was created by Jules_mama
Hi all,
Just wanted to get a shout out from people that use mms, that they haven’t had any issues arise later on that they think may have been caused by taking it.
Feeling a bit nervous so hopefully you can ease my mind.
Any links, testimonials or studies you can provide would also be much appreciated
Thanks ☺️

I have been taking a maintenance dose of 36 ml of 3000 ppm CDS in 2 liters of water almost every day for more than 2 years. No issues at all.

I ask as it’s been around 4-6 months since we took it successfully.
all was fine but now myself and another family member are feeling bloated after meals, decreased appetite and queasy on and off. I’m concerned.

Were you supplementing with antioxidants at any other times?

I think with long term chlorine dioxide use, it's wise to supplement with vitamin C and nac n-acetyl cysteine. After all, it's our bodies ability to resist oxidation using those, that helps the chlorine dioxide work so well because viruses and cancers lack as much protection. We just need to do this at a different time to the chlorine dioxide.

Jules. If this is any reassurance. When you look at the testimonials of people who have been doing chlorine dioxide for years and how few longterm people have had anything but good results. It can help to reread through testimonials. I get scared of it myself because I'm still on 2 chemo meds and i quit doing it at times. I think you have to read enough to know what is the right thing for you. Know one knows that but you.

Personally I don't think continued long term use is wise. I agree with Mike Adams that CD should be used when you get sick or have a health issue, not use it day in and day out.
As Jim Humble says - CD doesn't heal the body, CD destroys pathogens and toxins, allowing the BODY to heal the body.
If we simply rely on CD and ignore or put off eating well we will end up with a weakened immune system and we will get sick more often.
Eating healthy should be the first line of defence against getting ill and having health problems. Raw vegetables, full kernel wheat bread, ginger, turmeric, fruit, Omega 3, Vitamin D, etc, etc.
I just hope people don't get carried away and ignore eating healthy in favour of using CD 24/7 365. It is an amazing weapon against disease, but it can't feed and fuel the body with what it needs to be healthy. That is diet.
