If you made CDS in a bento box container, it should take about 3 hours, not overnight.

Yes it was only 3 - 4 hrs. I transferred it to a sicilone tight bottle at night.

so if you use 2x the amount of HCL that would speed up the process of making CDS.
even 4x faster? interesting

No, increasing the amount of 4% HCL won't speed up the process of making CDS. What it may do is reduce the concentration (ppm) of CLO2.

If you used 10% HCL or 50% citric acid, you would only need one reactor infusion instead of two infusions if 4% HCL is used.

If 50% citric acid is used, it does not gas into CDS like HCL does, which raises the TDS. Using 50% citric acid to make CDS results in a more pure CDS that could be used for injection. You would need to raise up the pH to about 7.3 by adding the correct amount of unreacted sodium chlorite solution for injection use of CDS.

well in the photo they tell to use 1:2 ratio MMS to HCL.
I dont see any difference between the compartement Bento Box or Andreas his method with the shot glass in the glass container.
the only differece is the ratio of sodium chlorite and HCL used.

Read the fine print in the QCDS PDF which uses a bento box.

There has to a reason why a bento box was chosen to make QCDS compared to the containers used in the video AK made.

By the way, the method AK shows in his video was developed by me in 2015.
